Charlie was extremely helpful in explaining the security options, pros and cons of each tier of lock set when I decided to replace my locks. adjustments had to be made on my prefab doors, and he was thorough and made sure that each one closed, locked tight without effort or sticking. im extremely happy with my new locks and feel very confident in the the security of home. Top quality work, I will absolutely hire him again if I have any other related projects.

I was amazed at how quickly Charlie responded to my call (same day). I was a bit apprehensive about getting a new lock but he convinced me it was best to upgrade to a better lock that was harder to pick and not made of plastic. He installed the lock, realigned the doors, and re-keyed all of the locks on other doors. We're really happy we went with his recommendation to install a new lock. It works like a charm (locks from the outside by touch; opens by code when you return) and we've had no problems with it after nearly 5 months. We would definitely hire him again but since the job was so well done doubt we'll ever need to. He was also exceptionally courteous.

Called early one morning and Roi was at my house an hour later. Roi was extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled and was able to overcome several unexpected challenges that made the job more difficult than originally thought. He was able to creatively overcome those challenges and did not charge a penny more. Just a good, honest guy.

It went good. I had more work done then that initial come on. On some levels it's a bait and switch because he low-balls you and knows you're going to need more work, but that's the nature of the business. His original price was a teaser, but then he provided some additional services that were value oriented. He got me into a better lock than I was willing to purchase so it made it a better purchase in the long run. His advice was a better solution than what I was originally wanting.

Great service. Charlie arrived within 2 hour window as promised and kept in touch with his arrival timing on his way. He quickly removed old hardware that was stuck in locked position and replaced with better quality product that we had reviewed on phone prior to his arrival. He was neat & efficient and ensured we knew how to work and maintain locks before he left. Even leaving us a can of spray for ongoing maintenance.

Called and explained my issue. They had a technician come over all within the hour. It was quickly diagnosed and the issue was explained to me and the lock was replaced all the while using the same key as before which made it much easier for me in the future. Defiantly would use this company again.
