This was a great experience. He confirmed the appointment the night before and asked what cove the lock should be - had not given that a thought so kudo's for him doing that. He provide 4 keys not the standard 2 that others were charging the same price for It was useful, as well as time and money saving. GREAT EXPERIENCE

Texted Charlie about my front door locks .He replied right away.I texted him a picture of what I wanted done.He called me and we set up an apt for the next day.He was prompt,and was in and out in no time flat. He is a very nice man,genuine personality,does good work. He understood what I wanted. I wasn't home when he did the job,but everything went as planned. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM !

I had just purchased the house yesterday and the owners didn't leave all the keys. They also didn't leave the keys to the garage door which was a totally different lock. Well it wasn't a problem. This company changed their schedule to meet me yesterday instead of Tuesday as originally scheduled. They re-keyed one lock and serviced the other. They also showed me other options for securing my home. I was so glad to have used this company and will be using them again. Charles was AWESOME!

Charlie came to our home in less than two hours after I called him. He was very pleasant, professional and did an excellent job replacing locks. His prices were very reasonable. I will definitely use the services of General Locksmith, Inc. again.

I called Charlie on Tuesday and he came out to my house two hours later to look at the locks and discuss my options. We decided to go with Medeco over the Multi Lock MT-5. We made arrangements for him to return on Thursday morning to install the locks and two new keyless door handles. Charlie showed up on time and had the job completed in under an hour. He was very professional and takes great pride in his work.

Charlie showed up on time. Replaced the two sets of locks as requested. He adjusted my side door that wasn't closing properly. Also advised that I need to replace my sliding glass door and how to better secure the door until that was done. Very thoughtful of his customer's needs. Charlie is a Ninja Locksmith. One of my doors (laundry room) became permanently stuck closed. I tried to fix myself but know when to call a pro. Turns out the whole mechanism is broken (I bought my house pre-construction and have a lot of cheap stuff that hasn't lasted long). Charlie got the old guts out and replaced with a new knob and bolt and made sure everything worked smooth as silk.

He was prompt, efficient, professional, friendly, and made sure that I was satisfied with his work as well as educate me a little about locks. I would definitely use him again.
