Description of Work: After reading so many wonderful reviews I called for an estimate. They were nice and prompt and someone came the next day. I was told that the leak in my bathroom would require tearing up the whole roof and replacing it for $16,000.00. Two other companies came for estimates and both recommended patching a specific spot around the air-conditioning and re-sealing the whole roof. One estimate was $1,500.00 and the other $1,200.00.

Description of Work: WOW!!! An honest roofer. Two other companies told me I needed roof repairs costing about $1200. Mr. Johnston checked the roof, said the ceiling was dry and that the water on the garage floor was probably coming through the garage floor from a sloping driveway. How great can you get?
