Looks great- Mike the salesman brought the 2 colors I was undecided on, and then gave me the addressesof homes with those colors so I could see exactly how it would look. What a great idea that was;it really made up my mind and my roof looks really great.The tear off guys were here @ 7:30 am and done by 2pm first day. Four days later the shingles arrived and they put them on and agian were done before 4pm.They cleaned up beautifully,no nails or tin caps in yard or bushes.Their quality assurance guys visited during both days and after final inspection to make sure all was well. They are a pleasure to do business with-highly recommend them.

I was extremely satisfied with their work. They were very professional, and easy to work with, and the job they did was excellent. I will definately use them again.

They were more than the other ones but I liked their quality of work and who I had to deal with. They had to wait on a permit so it was like three weeks for the work to be done; they had no control over that.

I called them on Thursday for a leak. Mike came on Friday, gave me the estimate on the spot. They scheduled for Monday and the repair was completed on time and within the estimated time frame. Awesome, every time.

They came out and gave us a bid for roofing repair. I've had two different companies come out; one was $1,800 and one was $1,900. They were prompt and very nice. We had some other issues going on at the house; basically, we had a general contractor and he got the roofing company that was going to do some other work at the house, and they just came and did the repair on the roof.

I did my research. I had 5 different roof companies quoted for my entire roof replacement. We had lower and higher prices. The products use by all the company were similar. But what it really makes the different a to us was the customer service that we received from every single person that we had to talk at this company. From the sales person who explains everything to us (Walter), the owner who came to confirm the work site and the work order (Earl), the logistics (Meg) and all the crew that was here the day of the job. The cleaning of the site was impeccable. I am recommending this company to everyone! One of the best contractors that I had worked with in South Florida!

We had Johnston roofing fix a leak in our roof after seeing all the great reviews on Angie's List. They helped to find where the leak was coming from and fixed the roof. I didn't have the time earlier when they fixed the roof to write a review, but always felt they deserved the review. I highly recommend this company. I felt very professional, trust-worthy and did a great job. No more leaks. Thank you for a job well done.

Job well done. The crew cleaned up as they went along. Every evening you couldn't tell anyone was there. Finished job looks wonderful.

Fantastic. We requested an estimate and someone came quickly and at our convenience. The estimate was very competitive, and we were able to go and select the roofing tiles from an actual showroom. This was great, since the photos in the full color brochure could be misleading. All permits were cared for very quickly. These guys started sooner than promised, notified us the day prior what time the workers would arrive, and were always punctual. They completed the job as agreed and we were very impressed. Still, Mr Earl Johnston himself came by and saw some things he wasn't pleased with - and so workers returned the next business day to do minor touch ups. Also, they were paid as work progressed - but did not delay anything while waiting for the check. My husband is not easily impressed, but when Mr Johnston came by - that REALLY made his day! Professional, efficient, high quality operation. I would recommend them to anyone!

we were very impressed with the professional level of customer service throughout all phases of the project. due to all of the excellent reviews on angies list we assumed their price would be high. we were pleasantly surprised that the quote actually came in lower than the other two companies we also found on angies list. our new roof is beautiful and our neighbors have all commented on what a great job earl johnston did.

They arrived a little early which was just fine with me. They cleaned off the roof, driveway, walkway, and my car. This company offered the lowest price that I have ever encountered over the past 12 years since having the roof cleaned.

Gotta leave this positive review for Earl W. Johnson Roofing for Mike W. About a year ago, he came out to do a roof repair and gave me a fair estimate. They even gave me before and after photos of the wood repairs. I had Mike come out today for a new roof repair estimate. He was friend and after reviewing the wood, gave me an honest answer that the paint was flaking and I only needed to paint the wood. Fair and honest company. I hope at least 10 people see this and the company owners take note that Mike is a great employee. I will definitely call them back if I need roof repairs in the future.

Poor Customer Support- not even giving me the appropriate estimate. Used up my 150 Dollar one time fees for nothing.

The schedule was adhered to as promised every single day. The entire crew was courteous, well organized and cleaned up at the end of each workday. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Earl Johnston Roofing and I'd recommend them to anybody looking for a new roof. This company has really got it together and knows their business for sure.

Everything went good. Apparently (we have to have more time and rain in order to know for sure) the leak was repaired. But what nobody could explain us in understandable terms, is why painting the flat roof white, to fight off the tremendous heat in summer, voids the warranty we still were under. We cannot understand what one thing has to do with the other. But the job was done and we paid for the repair.

We have used Earl Johnston Roofing and dealt with Mike for all our roofing needs for the past 12 years and have never been disappointed. From major roof repairs after Hurricane Wilma to minor repairs on our flashing and small roof leaks. We would never use anyone else. Thanks Mike

Earl came out the very next day to look at the roof and provide me with an estimate. My roof was beyond filthy. He provided the estimate at the end of inspection and an appointment was set within a few days. His crew came out and completely cleaned the roof and replaced the fascia board on one spot that was rotted. His crew arrived on-time and was very professional. The work was all done in a few hours and they even cleaned up the ground around the house from all the dirty and debris that came off the roof with the cleaning. The price was very reasonable for the time involved and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing roof work done. This company is a wonderful example of how business should be handled; prompt, courteous, efficient, and very well done. They take pride in their work and it shines through!
