Description of Work: I called and told them that I had leak in the roof and the person told me that they have a waiting list of 1 to 2 weeks.... really? Am I suppose to wait weeks with a roof leak the way it has been raining? ridiculous.

Description of Work: Roof leak repair in bathroom of one-story single-family home. Very professional and punctual. The initial repair was made in wrong roof location by mistake, but as soon as I reported the issue they were quick and effective fixing it (same day.) This is the kind of company I like, responsive and super customer service oriented. I will definitely contract them again. Price was competitive. |

Description of Work: Replaced my roof, both flat deck and shingle. Replaced rotten wood, The work went very well, they did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards. The sales person was fantastic, very punctual and informative. They even helped set up financing for the job through Wells Fargo bank, something no other roofing company even offered to do.

Description of Work: Earl was very professional and on time for our first meeting. We did not use him because I wanted one company to repair my roof, repair my walls, replace my tile outside and paint. As a roofer, he reviewed what I needed to repair my leak and gave wonderful suggestions. I would highly recommend him for any roof repairs.

Description of Work: Earl Johnston provided a roof repair quote & was one of 3 Angie's List companies to do so. I did not choose them first (big mistake). The first company was a bit cheaper, came out to do the repair, but told me they could not remove the shingles without causing further damage (which was odd, since they were to remove & replace). I think the first company underbid the job then decided not to do it. Earl Johnston's quote was in the middle of the 3, so I called them next. They came out as promised & did the repair with no problem to my satisfaction. Lesson: cheaper is not always better. Use a trusted company (like Earl Johnston) that will do what they said they would do.
