Description of Work: Very professional. I loved the photos showing the work progress. But no photo of the finished product. The estimate included replacing plywood if needed. If I had my wits about me (or more experience) I would have said to remove that part, and charge me more later IF plywood was needed. Which it wasn't needed. Next, there were 2 things needed to be done. The tackled the first one and FORGOT to do the second thing! After I got the write up and photos, I asked about the 2nd item, and she said she would have to check with the crew. A couple of weeks later, I asked again, she said she would have to check with the crew (again). I asked for them to come out and look, fix it if needed, take photos, and since this is outstanding, please do it by the end of the week (this was actually on Sunday via email). On Thursday I called and she said "the days have gotten away from her" and they'd be out in 2 weeks. So it took an additional 2-3-4 weeks to get the 2nd item corrected. Would I recommend them? Yes, giving them the benefit that maybe this was not typical.

Description of Work: I had a reroof done on my triplex. I got 3 estimates and they came out to be the best deal for the HD timberline and GAF warrantee. The entire experience was great, the worked efficiently and as promised. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished. The only issue that we had was initially the gutters were to low and the door would bang on them when opened. Once I made them aware of the issue they put me in touch with the company that does the gutter and they corrected it immediately. I was impressed with how responsive they were. I would gladly use them again in the future.
