Description of Work: a/c not cooling. checked out from head to toe. we have had this company take care of our a/c for years, they are very proffessional, punctual,and knowledgeable. If there is something not quite right, they will do their best to get it right. we have been very pleased with them OVER THE YEARS, hence we highly recommend them. They are not cheap. You get what you pay for.

Description of Work: Visited my home. Diagnosed problem. Clearly explained alternatives. I chose one and within 4 hours the workmen began to complete the project, installing a tankless water heater. When they found a problem with the gasline pressure they notified me and I decided to have them install a tank water heater. The project was completed in about 3 hours and my hot water was restored. No upfront cost because there is a Peoples Gas program that will allow me to pay for the heater by adding $9.99/month to my water bill. Very satisfied with the whole encounter.

Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED MISMATCHED UNITS - INSIDE AND OUTSIDE FOR THE AC - FOUND OUT FROM MANUFATURER WHEN REGISTERING THE PRODUCT FOR WARRANTY. THEY CHANGED INSIDE UNIT AND THE UNIT KEPT ON FREEZING UP, MULTIPLE VISITS LATER IT IS WORKING.... BUT THEY HAD TO CHANGE SO MANY INTERIOR PARTS THAT WE FEEL WE NO LONGER HAVE A NEW UNIT - WHICH BY THE WAY DOES NOT HAVE THE SEER TO QUALIFY FOR TAX CREDIT - WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY REQUESTED.....

Description of Work: EH Whitson offers plumbing services as well. I was having trouble with hot water flow from my tankless gas hot water system. The tech "Al" came out and in five minutes had identified the issue and resolved it. It was simple issue that my "old" plumber was suggesting knocking into walls to resolve.
