From start estimate to over 8 hour job, my husband and I were completely impressed- all manneryly works; polite, neat- very careful w/all our furniture, etc. David, head person was outstanding- couldn't be more pleased and I respect good work and notice how things are done!

Everyone at Ductz was great to deal with - everything went smoothly; everyone took the time to explain to me what my options were, what was being done, etc. During the job an additional unanticipated repair had to be done and it was done for a very reasonable cost at a time where you just wanted to get it done even if not so cheap. Base price was a bit high but the work was very good. Workmen were thorough; clean also. I would definitely use them again.

I called Ductz to get an estimate for cleaning the A/C and ducts after reading previous reviews and seeing the video of how the clean the ducts. The technicians James and Victor arrived on time and assessed the unit and ducts to be worked on. They covered my furniture with plastic so it wouldn't get dirty. While dismantling the A/C Victor noticed that the AC's electrical wires were plugged directly on the unit bypassing the circuit breaker of the AC and explained the hazard it is to leave the A/C like this. He offered to fix it for me and told me where I would find these devices. Unfortunately, I went to three stores and I couldn't find the right breaker (the unit is very old). Then James explained that the blower was attached to the A/C and in order to clean it they would have to take the entire A/C unit down (according to James only A/C companies can do this) so they gave me a discount for not cleaning the blower the way they normally would do it which is bringing it down and cleaning it outside. Nevertheless, he told me that they were going to clean it as best they could with the blower mounted. James told me that the office can send me the before and after pictures of the A/C and ducts so I can see the difference which I did. And informed me of their progress. Lastly they recommended to install an overflow switch as a precaution if water ever backs up in the drain it would stop the A/C before it overflows. I didn't feel any pressure to get this done. Once they were done they cleaned after themselves which I appreciate because there was a lot of dirt that came out of those ducts. Now I feel the air much cleaner. Thank you Ductz for taking care of this in a professional way. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

DUCTZ is by far the most professional and knowledgeable of any one of the service providers I contacted about this project. He even spent more time examining the existing compressor than the two providers I contacted about potentially replacing the AC unit. He knew significantly more than any of them as well. When I first contacted DUCTZ last June they told me to delay any work until I resolved whether or not I needed a new AC unit. No one else brought this up. His prices are reasonable, especially given his expertise. He spent almost a half hour here advising me of how to proceed. No charge for any of this. This is someone who you want to consider!

I called them to get info and cost , with the goal of scheduling an appointment. They never returned my call therefore I rate an F. They might be good but they never provided that opportunity to evaluate.

We originally contacted this vendor because we needed the work done as soon as our home was complete from construction. So the contact with this company started in June, 2013. After checking on the company's website and listening to Omar's presentation and watching the video on the web of the process we were going to have done, we made a decision to use this company. We had to call the company to delay the start of our cleaning about 5 times. Omar and his phone coordinator, Carol, were ever professional, understanding of the delays due to construction. The plan to start was changed as many times, also. Once the day was set, the two technicians, Roger and Chris, were punctual to expectation (American time as they say) and were ready to start the work. They were clean in presentation and in work performed. They were concerned about us knowing what was going on every step of the way and were easily understood. When they came across something wrong with the system they called me and coordinated with my A/C warrantee company the repair so Ductz Services could continue with their cleaning. They did not want to VOID my warrantee for the system by touching anything that was possibly covered. And thank God, it was a warrantee issue and it was fixed and they continued til completing their job It was done in the time frame that Omar stated and my wife and I were happy. We came across two problems with the system coolant, and air leaking from duct work at the front of our unit after the guys had left our house. Despite the late hour, Roger and Chris returned to our home within one hour (due to traffic at 5:30 pm) and FIXED the problems with the duct work and a technician named Francisco came the following morning to fix the coolant level on our Duron filled system. AWESOME CARE & FOLLOW UP BY DUCTZ SERVICES and their team of workers. Thumbs up for this company. Thank you Omar and everyone involved in taking care of us.

The technicians explained what they needed to do and went about completing the work. Even vacuumed up the house when done.

OVERALL it went extrememly well. I used them to reminerate mold out of the ductz of a rental unit of mine, but, I have every intention of using them on my home.

They came early (before 9) and only took 1/2 hour for lunch. Everything was completed by 3:15.
