The 2 men crew arrived on time. They were very professional and understood my needs. I was not upcharged or upsold on anything.

They were very thorough,rigorously looked for defects in my A/C system as it was his own house. Highly recommend will definitely call them for future A/C issues.

They had to keep changing the time on me. The work was good. My interaction with them was good. They should be accurate on the time of the appointment.

I called them made an appointment for May 11, 2016 it was so hard they did not work after 3 PM no afternoon appointments. No weekends. Very hard to get an appointment when I settled for an appointment no show. I need my money back I will go to someone else.

The men took 2 days-cleaned everything up after and closed everything up.

Deals like these are not deals, a complete waste of time. The money spent for this type of deal should be saved and used towards a service contract where you would know what you are paying for ahead of time.

I would recommend Ductz to anyone needing A/C service in the greater North Miami / Fort Lauderdale area. They were actually on-time, which is a huge pet peeve of mine, and the service was excellent. Most importantly, immediately after the technician left, it was like I was living in a new house. Before they came out, they were very thorough on the phone, the price was reasonable, and I felt as though they were a company that I could trust. I have had some bad experiences in the past and am now relieved that I have found a reliable company.

Had an issue with odor coming from my ducts. Ductz came by and very professionally setup and cleaned all my ducts. They took down all my grills and wash them. They also did a super job on my air handler. my AC was in need of some TLC as well, and the technician has my Thermostat working properly. I would recommend them to anyone else in need of this service.

They arrived right on time, introduced themselves and started working immediately. The A/C air handler and compressor were disassembled and thoroughly cleaned and treated with an antimicrobial agent. They covered everything under each register and the vents from all registers were removed and cleaned thoroughly. The industrial HEPA vacuum was installed and all ducts were cleaned. The crew was friendly and very professional. When they finished the job they removed the equipment/plastic and cleaned all areas with a vacuum. They were very careful with the equipment, so nothing was damaged. Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided. The crew was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Ductz again. In fact, I have already recommended them to two people.

DUCTZ of Fort Lauderdale did a great job cleaning our whole A/C system. They were available very quickly for a difficult job. They found trouble-spots that other A/C service companies missed, and completed the work exactly as promised. The technicians were very friendly and explained each step they were doing as well as offer recommendations on keeping the system working better and longer. I look forward to working with them again.

Two workers spent the entire day (+) and would not leave until I was 100% satisfied. They were extremely courteous and very hardworking and I can not say enough good things about James. They took there time showing me what they were doing and wanted to show me the difference before and after. They were very careful covering all my furniture and made sure everything was exactly the way it was before they started. After cleaning and sanitizing my air handler and all the air vents/ducts they took me to each vent to make sure everything looked good and was working properly. I am extremely happy and comforted knowing that the my family is breathing quality air.
