Description of Work: Both A/C units were fully cleaned, including the flew ductwork, and the upstairs unit/parts were coated/sprayed with anti-fungal formula.

Description of Work: Cleaned air conditioner blower, cleaned air ducts, painted some, replaced all, removed parts, and cleaned all outside surfaces.

Description of Work: *I am allergic to mold. Since duct cleaning can be a "gray" area, I was hesitant. Before I called them, an inspector (certifed by the state of fl) came to the house. I then found out we had some problems. So I called Ductz. These people are fabulous. They show you what they find (if they find it) as they go along. Not a cheap venture, but no duct cleaning service is cheap. The main thing here is to get a place that does what they say--show you the evidence and then take care of it properly. They charge for each airhandler and per vent. The price is determined by the size of your house. The mold is now cleaned up from the blowers and vents. Yay! Call Ductz if you need a duct cleaner. . Description of Work: My asthmatic mother-in-law's condo hadn't had the vents cleaned in a few years. In the past I used our appliance repair company services. I decided to look for a company that focused on just air quality. Ductz arrived with 3 men. Immediately, plastic and canvass drop clothes covered everything. Any delicate item was carefully moved to a safe place. They actually removed the refrigerant from the AC system and totally removed the coils for cleaning! I was amazed that they would be that thorough. Then they brought in the biggest vacuum unit I'd ever seen (in 3 pieces). The vac was attached to the air handler to reverse the air flow. They removed every grill and placed a seal on each vent. One by one they removed the vent seals, reamed the vent: sucking all the dust and crud back to their vacuum. Lastly, the vent was sprayed with a pressure sprayed mold retardant. That vent was then resealed and they moved on to the next one and repeated the procedure. The coil, fan, even the grills were taken outside sprayed, scrubbed and sanitized. The air return was cleaned and painted white. Then everything was reassembled, tested and they left no trace of the amount of work they had done. They were here for over 4 hours!
