She was very accommodating and did a spot treatment since she couldn't tent our townhouse. She worked with us as far as price. I was really impressed with her, and glad she was able to help. She wasn't able to get all the termites, but we were grateful for her help.

This was by far a very professional company in all aspects. I received a quote and was told what to expect and I have to say my husband and I are two disabled people and our home is our sanctuary. So I called a lot with questions to make sure we were doing everything right and I know I was a pest but I got nothing but kind courteous and professionalism from the office personnel, the men who preformed the tenting and triana who I had the pleasure of dealing with. There price was very good and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for pest control needs. I can't give enough praise to all of those involved. They were always on time and took very good care when treating and tenting my home. Wow I love this company and all it's staff. Would happily use them again. Triana arrived on time and determined that it was dry wood termites. She returned the next day to perform the necessary treatment on kitchen cabinets and ceiling on the entrance to our apartment. She had to drill holes in the wood and drywall to be able to apply the treatment. She patched the holes when she finished. Also dusted drains to prevent Palmetto bugs entering (ugh)!! On time and professional. Very satisfied.

I called in for service and spoke to a wonderful customer service agent that provided me with a price date and approximate time of service. The fumigation started on time I did not have to wait all day for them and they have a friendly staff. Love them will use again in the future.

After many months of trying to fumigate my own home and rid my house of those pesty palmetto bugs, ants and silk worms I contacted Captain Termite and they sure did come to the rescue. What i love about them is that before they begin they asked me what my concerns were as far as what type of bugs i had in my home and what i was looking for in there services. The funigator walked around my home opened cabinet doors, and looked behind and underneath my furniture and then proceeded to spray everything. I will be honest my husband was a little skeptical at first and thought it was a waste of money to pay an exterminator because his excuse was there bugs we live in Florida where it rains a lot there is nothing that an exterminator will do to get rid of them. Well of course me being the one that would freak out and get the hibee gibees whenever i saw them i had fo do something... I refused to share my home with these nasty annoying bugs!! As soon as i called Captain Termite they came out right away. The first time they sprayed and then returned after 10 days... My home has never been the same. Those d*** bugs were finally out of my house. if I come across any which is VERY RARE they are always DEAD!! I am so happy i contacted them. The professionals at Captain Termite are very professional, reliable and obviously know what they are doing. I recommend them to anyone i come accross that is complaining about bugs. Those bugs know NOW TO STAY AWAY!!!! I am defenitely a happier wife becuse of them no more screaming for my husband in the middle of the night.. He defenitely is a happy man too... Yes they do exelent service ,they always n every details ,I never have an issue. Costumer service is exelent ,friendly employees very respectful ,I am more than hat with them .I haven't had any problem with bug since I hire this company .Captain termite is the best company in town ,definitely highly recommend .
