George came out from Captain Termite and performed a comprehensive inspection of the property including the roof top. He was able to quickly point out the issues. I been a costumer for Captain Termite for a long time and they are fantastic. I dislike spiders and spiders webs and this service keeps they away from my house. I recently had an issue with mice; they put poison and is no longer a problem. I am 100 satisfied and I highly recommend them.

I should have a warranty. He did not addressed the termite wings on my door and the termite on the window seal. They quoted me $250 and would want to charged $89 every other month for the maintenance. He orignally quoted me $40 dollars for the maintenance. He said he forgot to put it on the proposal even he still remembered the conversation we had about it. I reffered him to my son before all of this happened. I tried to call them and left a message and they did not return my call. It was a not good business. They did not honor the warranty.I was not happy. They have poor customer service. They should put what we talked about in the proposal and addressed it.

Wow! I am so glad to have discovered Captain Termite. This is a smaller company located in South Florida and all I can say is that it was a pleasure to do business with them. All of the employees were polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. Their price was competative and most of all, they called to tell you when to expect them and they were on time each and every time. So glad I found them!

Everyone at the company was professional, courteous and easy to work with. They were always on time whether for the estimate , pre-inspection or fumigation. The were efficient and completed the job and we returned to the house on the day promised. I had a few questions after the fumigation and they returned my call promptly. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Jorge is awesome. He is very detailed. He explains what he does but he also ask questions to make sure he is covering the necessary areas.
