Captain Termite has been servicing our home for the last 3yrs for pest control. Jorge is our tech and he is always punctual and professional. We highly recommend Captain Termite.

Well, booking was extremely easy! The receptionist, Marien, was exceptional and super accommodating to my schedule. As far as the actual service, Jorge was professional and so thorough. He sprayed every inch of my house and was extremely detailed when examining the house for a pest problem. Such amazing staff! I would totally recommend this company just on the simple fact I have not seen any more roaches after just one extermination service! P.S my pets were in the house during the process and it was totally safe for them.

My home had a terrible infestation with termites and after obtaining cost estimates to put up the tent from four different companies, decided to go with Captain Termite, who provided me with the most competitive price of them all. From beginning to end, they didn’t fail to deliver. Joe and his team were excellent professionals, responsible, always punctual and very accommodating to my needs. I had been very scared about my new gutters being damaged by the process, as this is something that tends to occur with many companies out there, but they took every precaution necessary to prevent that from happening. From my initial contact with Captain Termite's staff, I found them to be a very responsive and professional company. Upon acceptance of their competitive quote, they scheduled the tenting on the days that were most convenient for me and completed the entire process as smoothly as promised. If you are in the unfortunate situation of needing a termite exterminator, I highly recommend hiring Captain Termite.

They did a fabulous job. We were very nervous about the process as we needed to tent the home and didn't know much about it. They quickly scheduled an assessment and estimate appointment. After the contract was signed, they scheduled us for another appointment to walk us through the process. On this occasion, they explained each and every step so that we knew exactly how to prepare the home and the exact time we needed to leave the home and when we could arrive back. We had many questions and additional requests for them which they made note of immediately and effectively delivered on at the time of completion of the job. We have a big home that required additional work like the use of a crane and some maneuvering. They were all very careful with the home and always came in wearing booties to ensure they did not dirty our floors. They were considerate and respectful of our home and were punctual as well. We were very pleased with their work and care for details. We would recommend Captain termite to anyone who needs to tent their home for termites. Great people and excellent job.

I have lived in wedt Park for three years now. Captain termite is the best company I have worked with and I have done a lot. Blue frog plumbing is right there with them. Professional, on time or they call if they are going to be late. They listen to you and take care of all of your concerns.

Super experience. I called for an appointment, Rene came out after phoning ahead to let me know. We discussed what I needed, he measured the house and the detached garage, gave me an estimate in minutes. We called a week later to schedule the appointment. Within days Rene was back with Vikane proof bags and instructions, he walked the perimeter of the house again to check for any potential problems for his crew, and answered any questions I had. A couple of days later (Tuesday) I got the call that the tenting crew would be showing up the scheduled day between 2-6 pm. They came around 4 pm (Wednesday) after Chris called and said they were on their way and had the property tented and gas in by 5:30. Only one crew chief enters the structure to place the lines, fans, and doorlocks. This was the first company we have used (third tenting in 25 years) which injected the gas in two separate locations in the house (flat roof, no attic), so I'm more assured that the Vikane spread through and covered the entire structure. I checked the property several times on Thursday. The tent stayed on a full day. I got a phone call from George on Friday morning letting us know it was safe to occupy the home again. We came home to find the keys where asked him to put them. If you did not see the tent on the house, it would be difficult to know that Captain Termite was even there. Nothing broken, no clips left on the ground, house secured after they left and all windows closed. We're very pleased as it seems difficult to find a tenting company with good reviews. I'd highly recommend Captain Termite.

Captain Termite is the best! This is the second time over the years I have had them tent my large old two story building to kill bed bugs that tenants have brought in. The gas also kills any eggs so I don't have to worry about them hatching and I don't have to throw away any furniture. (also don't have to worry about termites!) It's the only way to get rid of bed bugs completely! They got me scheduled in immediately. Very professional, on time, worked with me in every way! Joe is awesome, lady in the office was super nice and the guys that did the work were all great! I will always call them for my exterminating needs! Very Happy! Thank You Captain Termite!

They came, assessed the situation and fixed it. Later on, I had the termites turn up again in another area of my kitchen cabinets. Since they were not able to tent because I live in a townhouse in a big building, they do spot treatments. The termites move around. But they have been very efficient and professional every time they have been here. I highly recommend this company.

They were very responsive on the phone. The price seemed fair. Their communication during the actual tenting process was top-notch. Even though I was in a position where I couldn't respond to texts, they kept me informed. They had an issue with one of their trucks, but they were able to resolve it and complete the job in a timely fashion.

I give Captain Termite 5+ stars in every single aspect. Quote Appointment: When I decided to tent the house, I requested quotes from 6 companies. 2 of them set up appointments and never even showed up (very inconsiderate, when you take time off work to go meet them and they leave you hanging). In this aspect, Captain Termite gets an A+. Not only did they show up at the time we agreed upon, but they also called me 30 mins before (I requested they do so) to confirm so I could leave work only for the time period needed instead of waiting for a 3 hour window like other guys requested. Expertise and Patience: All 4 of the companies that came to the house seemed like they knew what they were talking about, but it was all very scripted. I liked Captain Termite because they seem to really just have first hand experience (as opposed to just training) and the patience to explain everything to you. Professionalism and Customer Service: Unlike other companies, they answer emails every time, within an hour or so. Seriously, it's 2017, why do companies need 48 to respond? They also promptly answered the phone the couple times I called. Every single person I spoke to was very polite. Actual Tenting and Price: It all went smooth and fast as scheduled. I passed by the house while it was tented and it looked good. I have a 1650sq ft house and a 200 sq ft cottage, and they were the only ones that didn't make a big fuss about it or try to overcharge me for the cottage like it's sooo hard to just add that on. I also felt the price was very fair. Much much cheaper than the big guys (Orkin/Terminix), and about the same as other small local companies. Apart from the overall nice experience of working with them, my deciding factor was that they didn't try to take advantage of me for including the cottage. Followup: A week after the tenting I saw a bug outside the porch and didn't know if it was an ant or a termite. I emailed them, they responded quickly and cleared it up. I also found some wood poop and emailed them to ask if it was normal to see some old poop fall after the house is tented or if there was a chance this was new poop. They sent a technician over right away and she explained that was old poop. Either way, they have a year guarantee, so that makes me feel safe too.
