Description of Work: I used an Angie's List promotion for the a/c inspection. It worked out very well for me because my a/c had just started leaking and I was about to call an a/c service company. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work. The tech did a complete a/c inspection of both my inside air handler and my outside condenser. He also located and fixed the problem. My drain was clogged and so water was backing up and leaking out of the a/c. According to the tech, the Trane brand a/c (which I have) has a weep hole so if water leaks from the a/c, it comes out of the weep hole, rather than activating the sensor which would have shut off the unit, as it was supposed to. Bottomline, the clog was cleared and the weep hole was sealed and this fixed the problem.

Description of Work: the tecnitian was super proffesional!! in past i would use service america for a/c service. just getting in touch with them was a headache. now i will only use Capital a/c. great service, price. fixed a problem i had with a simple solution low cost while service america suggested i change the air blower unit. very impressed with the skill of technitian that came over.

Description of Work: I had Capital Air come out for a maintenance / service call. Our air had been intermittently blowing hot and cold. Another AC company had previously been unable to fix it and suggested we buy a new unit to replace it. The Capital Air technician showed up promptly, identified the problem as a faulty switch, and fixed it immediately, as well as providing the regular maintenance we needed. I was very impressed!
