Description of Work: Checked air conditioning outside and inside. I helped as there was one serviceman. At one point he was downstairs and outside and I poured water in the drain upstairs when he gave me the signal to check for flow. All went ok.

Description of Work: A/C went out today. I called Capital Air @ 2:30 p.m., the person who took the call stated he'd have someone out to me between 4:30 /6:00 today, and they would call about 1/2 before arriving. I thought... GREAT!!! Thanked him and WAITED!!!! At 6:05 p.m., I called them again ( by hitting Re-Dial), and was told by a female..... I have No record for a Service call. So.... I'm off to search for someone else.... Who will now charge me an After Hours fee!!!

Description of Work: Robert was a wonderful and knowledgeable service tech ! He was on time, came in and located the unit upstairs. He opened it and flushed out the drain line , primed the unit with water, and found the drain line outlet in front of the house. ( I never knew where it was located ! ) Robert left tablets in the pan and closed the unit up. |He checked the freon levels out and they were good. Robert said the evaporation coil is clean as well. Before Robert left, he sat down and explained everything he did. I was very impressed and thanked him ! I definitely would recommend Capital Air to everyone.
