Description of Work: We had bought 2 coupons for a diagnostic service call. One of the units was frozen so they returned the next day to service that one when it had defrosted. They added Freon. The units have been working since then.

Description of Work: Repairs to the AC unit inside the house were needed ASAP. Great service..I has a problem with a drain line backing up into the house. Found a promotion to service the AC which included cleaning out the condensation drain line. Problem solved. They communicated directly to the renters with the appointment time. I called at 3:00 and had next day service. They also followed up after the visit. I had called other companies with little to no response. Other companies wanted me to wait 2-3 days for service. |Great customer service. I have been managing commercial real estate for over 20 years. I can't use vendors used by my company. Using Angies List to help me find this quality company was the best thing I could have donevto repair my AC. I would recommend this company to anyone and will use them in the future.

Description of Work: The original call was for a tune up/inspection. The technician found that the drain on the unit was clogged and there was water inside. He drained it and checked the rest of the unit. The coils needed cleaned so I arranged for that to be done the following week. The technician was on time and very nice to work with

Description of Work: Used my first Angie's list coupon.The office staff was very nice but they sent (what turned out to be) the manager who didn't do the whole coupon check list nor listen to me about the cooling issues. He was cocky and rude. They had to come out a few weeks later due to the freon leaking out again. That tech was professional. Spoke with owner who backed his manager. Will never use them again.
