Description of Work: Diagnosis of 2 failed Sanyo/Panasonic mini-split air conditioning system. Repairs to both units. Diagnosis required over 3 hours due to incomplete training and lack of manuals. Two different techs had to call Panasonic service to conduct proper Diagnosis. Repairs were conducted during on and off rain and so replacement parts took additional 3 hours. Parts cost covered by manufacturer's warranty so labor only was $460. Stated that normal rate of $85 per hour. I believe a lot of time was wasted due to lack of experience and proper training for this type of system. I informed the company of the type of system before requesting service, and if not qualified to work on Panasonic they should have explained same. All persons of the company were very nice and courteous. I will not call them again until they understand this type of air conditioning system requires training and manuals.
