Service was great once Mike got to my house. He made it a painless experience to fix the issues we had.

It went very, very well. The technician that came his name was Kacey. He was very courtesy in explaining everything with very good people skills. I was very happy with that. They came back a month later and replaced a part for no charge.

easy scheduling, showed up on time, did a great job with a smile. Very basic service, but they did do a little extra for me and it was appreciated.

Explained that dripping water in the a/c closet was from condensation, not a leak. Also checked out unit and said it was working fine. Tech was a little difficult to communicate with at first and didn't seem to understand why he was there, but then was very helpful. Even showed me how to clean the unit and what I could do to make it last longer. I appreciate that he didn't make stuff up to charge me more. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Capital Air Conditioning does good job. I have using them for all my rental properties. They are very responsible, on time and knowledgeable. I will use them again if I have any A/C problem.

We had just moved in to a house where the A/C was not cooling and we had another A/C company out to give us an estimate on servicing the unit. That company recommended a full unit replacement, and upon this shock we called Capital Air for a second opinion. I will give high marks to Capital Air because they were able to send someone out in just a matter of hours on a weekend. The phone rep was courteous, and the tech arrived on time as scheduled. I was very impressed by their punctuality and availability. I was not quite as impressed, however, with the professionalism of the tech when he arrived. Overall it was not a negative experience, but I would just say that it didn't seem like he really knew what he was doing. He recommended a full unit replacement as well, but he couldn't really explain why or what was causing the unit to not work. The previous company was a lot more thorough in explaining the causes of the unit failure. He did, however, take apart the unit and double check everything when I started asking questions; and he even washed and cleaned the coils, which was not expected. The value for what we received was good, and the estimate for the replacement came in less than their competition. Take note, though, that the aforementioned competing company ended up being a worse decision... we elected to go with them instead of Capital Air and ultimately I regret it.

Pete, the owner was able to give me an estimate over the phone. He was able to give me good advice on the size I needed. He offered Carrier but didn't tell me which series. The price was amazing, he quoted me $3060 including the FPL rebate, that he said he would take care of. Overall the installers were on time and did a clean job. They were very helpful and gave me all the maintenance tips to keep the unit in optimal working condition. They took like 6 hours but tried not to miss any detail. The unit works perfect and they gave me 1 year warranty in labor and 10 years in parts. Maybe I would just wanted to know the difference between the three series Carrier has, maybe I would have paid a little more if there was more value on a more expensive unit. After the installation the invoice came out about $260 cheaper, which really made my day. I would definitely recommend this company to any one, they really understand what important customer satisfaction is. Pete is a really business professional. If you pay with card, they will charge 2%.

They came out the same day I purchased the deal. Only took them an hour. They however charged an additional 40 dollars which I called about. They said they would refund me that 40.00, but I haven't heard from them since. They received this grade only because they told me I would have a check refunded to me only for me to never hear from them again.

Fantastic! I called this morning at 10:15 am and Jeff, the technician, was here within 15 minutes. My unit needed freon. He was very courteous and professional. Work was completed by 11 am. On top of the great service, I was able to use the "deal" on Angie's list and saved $31 on the job. Thanks so much!!!

Easy set up. They called to let me know Casey would be a little late. He was only 20 minutes late.I live in a condo and my A/C unit is on the roof. Casey repaired the unit and was out of here in about and hour. My A/C is working fine .

When the tech found the issue with our AC system he was descriptive and helpful us understand the repairs that were needed. In addition, we bought this house a year ago and the people who put in the current AC a few years ago did not leave us information. The tech found that it was under warranty and used that to help save us money. We expected some improvement in our AC after the repair; however, it is working much better and more efficiently than it ever has- we are impressed. We would definitely use Capital Air Conditioning again. Also, they were quick to schedule the appointment and quicker to come out and do the repair. The tech was also friendly.

He was very respectful and polite and didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't really need. My only issue is that I had requested an estimate on what the cost of replacing my outside unit would be, which he indicated I would receive from the office. I never received that information.

Arrived on time and only did and charged for what was necessary. Great Job and Honest!

Service was clean, to the point and fast. The technician did a fantastic job.

Technician did arrive on time. He also inspected inside unit as well as unit on the roof. He found a clog in one of the hoses which he flushed out. He also tested Freon levels. That was essentially the extent of his work and he was in and out in less than an hour. The ad gave a list of 18 points which could not have possibly been performed in less than an hour, one of which, coiling cleaning, was not done. I contacted company to voice my concern that at the least, coil cleaning was not done which was stated in the ad special. Peter, the owner, was the one who answered the phone. He didn't identify himself as such when I first talked to him. I explained how I was very unhappy with the service and the items listed on the ad were not completed including the coil cleaning. He spoke in a very nasty tone to me and told me that was a $400 job and there was no way they would do that type of job for $49. I explained that it was a listed item on the ad so I was expecting the coils to be cleaned. Again, he spoke to me in a very condescending tone and said, "What do you expect for $49?" I asked him not to speak to me in a very condescending way and that I wanted the service I was expecting to get. Because of the way he was speaking to me, I thanked him for his time and told him I do not want any further service from him and hung up the phone. My husband then called and spoke to Dave, the service manager, and tried to explain that he did not hear the conversation but that his wife was very upset with how she was spoken to and he was just trying to find out what happened. He told Dave what was in the ad and how there was no way the technician could have done all that work in less than an hour, including going on the roof and inspecting the unit on the roof. Dave admitted the ad was misleading and that they would have to change it. My husband then explained that was no excuse for being rude to his wife. Dave became rude to my husband at that point. My husband asked if there was an owner of the company he could speak with. That is when he was informed that I was originally speaking to the owner. Peter got on the phone with my husband. My husband asked him if someone was calling upset, why he didn't get on the phone in the first place and just stood near by while his manager argued with him. He got rude with my husband who also told him to stop speak condescending to him and as an owner, he should be more professional. Before the call got out of hand, my husband thanked him for his time said he was done with the conversation because it was not going to get resolved. The owner then hung the phone up on him. This was a very rude company when confronted with the fact that the service advertised was not performed. I had nothing against the technician as he was pleasant enough, but due to the rudeness of the owner and his manager, I will not do business with this company again. They falsely advertised a service that was not performed, and admitted that the ad was misleading and would need to be changed yet did not apologize for it.

I purchased the Angie's List deal on Sunday, got a phone call from them on Monday, and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, which I thought was a great response and turnaround time. I was told they'd call me between 10-12 am on Wednesday and, sure enough, I received a phone call at 10:30 with advance notice that they were on their way. Once here, the technician did an amazing job of listening to any concerns we had, addressing them, and fixing the issue (our nursery upstairs was always about 8 degrees warmer than the rest of the house and, with a baby arriving next week, we wanted to see what could be done to regulate the temperature). By the time he went through the process of inspecting the AC units and the vents around the house, our temperature upstairs matched that of downstairs and we couldn't be happier. We ended up ordering some custom AC filters through them, he gave us some advice for maintaining the unit on a monthly basis for greater efficiency, and he was on his way. We will definitely use them again in the future. Great company with great employees!

They did a good job. They were super friendly. He made good recommendations. The price was reasonable to clean the coils. I would definitely use them again. I’m thinking about getting a service agreement with them.

The $49 inspection and cleaning deal is worth every penny. Can't say enough good things about our experience with Capital Air. The technician did an excellent job of inspecting and cleaning our unit and was helpful in explaining how to maintain the unit so that it runs more efficiently. So far we've been able to run the AC unit 2 degrees warmer than usual even though the temp outside is in the hundreds.

We live in the Cayman Islands so we were not there to observe or interact with the technician. We can only hope that someone did show up and do all the services listed. I never heard anything from the company and I specifically requested an invoice to be sent to my email address. I called the company after the service date and was told the a/c had been checked out and all was well. I requested again an invoice sent to my email address. I was told that it would be sent that afternoon. I have still not received it and I will have to make a third call to the company on Monday again to ask for the invoice. The follow up is not very good and I really do not know for sure how efficient the technician was, I certainly hope better than the office personal who find it difficult to email and invoice.

Called this company after reading the positive reviews on July 31st 2014. Gave my information and what I was looking for and the owner himself called me back. After giving him the address so he can estimate the right unit, he sent me a written quote within the hour. The price was in line after checking out other companies prices online. I think they came in a few hundreds less. My husband and I decided to go ahead as our old unit was having problems keeping up with the heat. We set up to install it Aug 5th 2014. They arrived within 1/2 from the time expected(9am) and the two technicians did a fantastic job removing the old unit both outside and in the garage and put in place the new unit fully working by 2:30pm same day. We are happy with the outcome and would recommend this company.

We called them in the morning and they came that same afternoon their tech Casey saw the problem quickly and advised they needed to order a replacement control unit, he bypassed the unit and it kept us cool till the part arrived a couple of days later. Their tech Casey and their personnel where very professional and kept us well informed. I highly recommend their services.

Jeff Moore, the technician, was very knowledgeable. He checked the unit and gave me a straight assessment of my AC situation. I've used them in three of my properties and they've always been on time and very professional.

Everything went well...they did a good job!

He was 2 hours late. He also forgot to put the sliding metal panels around the pipes, which left an unfiltered air hole. I asked him what it would cost to pull the coil out and he told me to call the office. Most technicians would of called the office for me and would of been happy to get me a cost.
