BLUE COAST POOLS

Jorge and Jennifer were both very professional and very responsive. I had the Dimond Bright redone, the spill-over replaced and the pool heater disconnected. Some of the work was done by a subcontractor which was not what I expected and was not made clear during the estimate process. However, the sub was very professional and accommodating as well, so it worked. However, I do think that should be made clear. I had a lot of questions, but everyone was gracious and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service and responsiveness to questions, wants and needs. Did all the work that was needed, on time and followed up with concerns, etc.

After going through couple of quotes, I decided to hire Bluecoastpools for a diamond brite job. My mother was sooo happy with the job they performed. Their price was great and the way they handle business was excellent, very professional, punctual and super organized. I thought that her house was going to be a chaos, having to do with construction materials but on the contrary, they were super clean. Never met some group of excellent workers. I would highly recommend them. George the owner was the best, no wonder your company is # 1 of South Florida.

I assumed starting with an Angie's List contractor would help seeing how nobody in South Florida returns your calls or shows up. I called this company 4 times and left 2 messages with no call back. My time is as important as theirs or anyone elses and the service is south florida from subs is something like nowhere else in the united states. Pool companies are a dime a dozen, to stay up with the competition you need to be on your toes with service, I wouldn't bother with this company.

Blue Coast Pools did a terrific job, George was very punctual and professional all along. The crew, led by Carlos was also very punctual and careful. They definitely knew what were doing and completed the entire job in a few days, in spite of the bad June weather down here in South Florida. I even had a request for some minor details here and there that were pending after the job (clean up, sand spills over the loan, etc.) which were attended immediately right after I texted the pictures to George. I would definitely recommend Blue Coast Pools for any pool renovation job.

BCP were contracted to remove old pool plaster hollows and tile, then to install new perimeter tile and mosaics and plaster. Midnight Blue Diamond Bite was selected and Lapis Blue tile for the perimeter and several aquatic themed tiles, coral and fish, octopus.. Jorge Estupian was the BCP manager/contact person. Communication and options were handled by Estupian. The pool was drained and work started. Hollows were found and removed, some by me the customer. The hollows I found and chipped out were re-primed by BCP. I was satisfied that most of the significant hollows were found and was happy the areas were re-primed. Mr. Estupian agreed this was the correct action to take. There was a moment of confusion about tile on the steps but that too was taken care of satisfactory when I realized I miss read the catalog . The actual re-plastering was quickly finished in a day. I was impressed with the way the concrete ladder steps were re-plastered, very nice. The mosaics were nice additions to the pool that added character and a bit of flair. BCP provided several visits afterwards to rebalance the pool water and brush scrub the surfaces. As well as the re-plastering job went , I was left wondering about several things..I really should have specified several items more clearly in the contract. One was the skimmer box, I wanted a new leaf flapper/stopper valve gate. I suppose I can install one myself.. Also , the main drain , I wanted it "re-done" because it leaked in the past. The work on the main drain was done without my presence so I'm not really sure about the work.. I am sure the pool is holding water very well and am encouraged by BCP's warranty. The Midnight Blue Diamond Brite has a few lighter blue streaks that head toward the main drain..I've been told more brushing and time will even this out... Anyway...Overall, the work is nice. It's a joy for my family and me to swim in. My wife compliments the pool , the tile, the color every time we have been out near it or swimming..And this is worth every dollar!

Outstanding work by Jorge Estupiñan and his crew. Jorge was always on top, picking up the phone for questions and concerns. His crew very respectful and professional. always on time. they came in, did the work and left in a week, as promised. A pleasure to work with a company like this.

I am truly impressed with this company. They resurfaced my pool and spa with diamond brite. Also, regrouted and cleaned tile of calcium build up around my spa. Other contractors said they wouldn't be able to clean the calcium build up and the tile would need to be replaced. They also saved my bull nose tile stair markers which other companies said they wouldn't be able to do. The pool looks amazing! The follow up service has been even more amazing. I have seen pool guys come by this first week 3 times to check and clean the pool. They are all knowledgeable and friendly. George, the owner, is great and has always been very responsive by phone or email. They will be providing monthly service for me.

It was smooth sailing!!! We contacted Blue Coast Pools in mid-March to replace the pool pump, repair a crack on the wall, and resurface the pool. I must say that I am pleased of the service we received. Jorge made sure that our needs were met as promised. The whole repair process was fast and workers cleaned the area before leaving. Within weeks we had a new looking pool to enjoy. The pool looks great! Thank you Blue Coast Pools.

Jorge with Blue Coast Pools was excellent to work with. Our pool was completed quick and looks great. And his pricing came in less than our own vendor that we have been using for years. Being a business with 80+ locations in south FL, Blue Coast Pools has now become our preferred vendor for such repairs. We are now in the process of using them at a 2nd location.

I just cannot say enough about the quality, promptness and price of the work done! After calling several companies that said they probably would not get all the rust stains out or if they did it would leave behind a yellow stain-I spoke to Blue Coast Pools. They immediately sent a man out to look at the stains and assured me they could remove the stains completely even though these stains had been in the pool for almost two years! I was even more skeptical when the proposal came that was nearly one third of the other proposals! Well-not only was the work done exactly as was stated and our pool was brought back to a pristine state-but it was done in the time stated. The man who worked on the pool worked so diligently that I really was amazed-plus he was a happy and friendly man. Jorge (the owner) not only informed me of every step along the way but checked back with me afterwards to make certain we were completely satisfied. I only wish Jorge had companies in Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical work as well! THIS IS THE WAY TO RUN BUSINESS!!!!!!!

Contacted Blue Coast Pools to replace my small heat pump which was heating only the spa with a new heat pump which can heat the entire pool. A technician came out and recommended a suitable heat pump, got a quotation for the price including installation shortly afterwards. Once I confirmed the order, the delivery and installation of the new heat pump was done promptly. Excellent and very friendly service!

My rating is based on current service. I have been using Blue Coast Pools services for the past 1.5 years (weekly pool maintenance) and I must say that the service was good at first then not good and now is very good ! it all depends on the technician they send to your house: for a few months I was not happy with the work of the technician they were sending to my house who would stay only 5 minutes (no kidding) and do no cleaning just pouring some acid into the pool... it is now all resolved and I have the best technician now ! he does it all including filling or emptying the pool, vacuuming the pool, testing the chemicals etc... I do not plan to change provider as I am now fully satisfied.

I was very worried about finding a good company that would do a good job and not over charge me. I called several companies to get a quote but George at Blue Coast was the most professional, pleasant and reasonable. George returned all my calls promptly even though I called way too many times. I had soooo many questions and concerns that were all answered. We scheduled a date to drain the pool and to begin the work. So far so good. The pool was drained and the workers even came a day earlier which was great. The work was done very well. I asked the workers what they were doing, how things worked, again more questions. They were polite and answered and explained all my questions. Once the pools was complete, I noticed a few things on the bottom of the pool- some shading. I called George and he came over- a one hour drive from his last appointment to see what I was talking about. He explained that its part of the diamond brite- the cream and blue that just takes time to settle. George sent over one of his men 2 days later and completely cleaned, scrubbed, removed some fertilizer stains that blew in from the wind free of charge. George also changed the rim of our pool light which wasn't looking so good. He didn't charge me for that either. Our pool looks great now- it's been 3 1/2 weeks and I can't thank George enough for his great work.

Everything went according to plan. The workers were in time and completed the job as promised. After a few days I started noticing uneven areas at the bottom of the pool and dark larger areas that were quickly becoming greater in size. Of course I was extremely concerned and since I am not an expert expected hassles getting the issue corrected. I communicated my displeasure to Jorge which immediately recognized the problem as stains caused by my old pool water heater. Jorge repeatedly assured me that he would take care of the problem and went as far as guaranteeing it. Of course the issue was corrected and my pool looks fantastic as promised by Jorge. Since other people will look for customer reviews before making a decision on who to hire, I wanted to remind everyone that reads this review that in almost every remodeling job there are going to be issues that will need to be resolved, this is unavoidable. The true evaluation of an individual and/or a Company needs to be done based on how the owners/managers of the Company react when presented with an objection from a customer. There is where the true quality of the Company and people becomes apparent. I am writing this evaluation not only to publicly thank Jorge and the employees of Blue Coast for a job well done and for the quick and professional manner in which they came to the rescue, I also want to help whoever reads this evaluation to stop wasting your time and call these guys for any required pool service. You will thank me for doing so. Thank you Jorge. You are a true gentlemen, consummate professional and you definitely know your trade.

Professional team. The communication going back and forth has gone beyond our expectations. I can call or text on any day and get a prompt response. It is evident that the entire staff is concerned with our satisfaction. I would recommend Blue Coast to anybody requiring pool/spa service or repairs.

They were very prompt. Worked around my busy schedule. Very professional and very nice. Answered all questions. Very willing to help now and in the future. I have searched high and low and by far they are the BEST.

The experience was the best I've ever had with a contractor. Jorge was courteous, kind, patient and super responsive to all my questions and concerns. His crew was very competent and I felt completely safe and secure leaving the work in his hands and they did a beautiful job. I used to laugh when I saw the Angie's list commercials and these people saying how they loved their contractors, but am not laughing now. GREAT! They drained the pool on July 28, on the 29th he and his team chipped out the hollow spots and applied the bond coat. The on the 30th they applied the diamond brite, a new drain and frame, did a great job and I was refilling the pool that night. They came back on the first to balance out the chemicals-and now it is a happy pool.

They were punctual, very honest and hard working. We wanted to replace the pump and they indicated this wasn't necessary (whereas another contractor might have just told us to replace it to make a buck or two). They explained all we needed was a new filter. The owner is very responsive and respectful. Any minor issues that came up, they were able to take care of very quickly. We felt like this was a very good company, and we liked doing business with them. They are now taking care of our pool service on a weekly basis. Our pool is now beautiful and we are happy with all services.

I would highly recommend Blue Coast Pools for any job needed for your pool. My husband and I are very pleased with the outcome of the finished product. It exceeded our expectations of our refurbished pool. Honest, hard working, good quality materials at very reasonable price. Martha

Jorge was wonderful from the very first phone call until the finishing of the job, he responded almost immediately. You get what he promises when he promisedit. In fact everything he did was beyond expectations. We had a problem of some type that required him to completely redo the acid wash, and he not only responded immediately but sat there through the redo and observed the entire situation. Only when he was satisfied and we were satisfied did he finally leave us. Jorge came back the same day and the next day to check that everything was perfect. He was very fair in his pricing, in fact we had some extra tile work done and Jorge only charged us for the tiles which we thought was very nice of him.

Excellent people. Professional and courteous. Very punctual, friendly. The person that answered the phone and took down the information was a pleasure to talk to and Jorge was very nice and punctual.

The number one thing for me when dealing with a service provider is that they provide service. Blue Coast's service was examplary. Of all the people I have ever had do any service at my home they are absolutely the best. The office was very responsive, they were extremely flexible when i needed to make changes to the scope of the work and the date of the installation. They were attentive to details and all at a reasonable price. I had two old valves that were old and started to leak. They replaced them without charging me or with my having to even ask. I cant recommend them highly enough. I am not sure you will do better on price but even if you do you should use Blue Coast because I am sure you wont find better service.
