BLUE COAST POOLS

I wrote Blue Coast Pools on Angie's list and within 5 minutes I had a message from the owner. The company's responsiveness was among the best I have ever received, their work is fantastic, technicians are competent and prices are very fair. As most people in Miami know, it's hard to find service like this!

Very well. Each week they keep my pool in excellent shape.

They came out and accessed the situation only to find their was a gasket that had decayed at the valve. The replaced the valve, marking the directions of water flow and everything works great! No up selling. They recommended and performed just the work that was needed.

I have gone through multiple pool companies but have finally found one that delivers excellent customer service at an incredible price. I have an over-sized lagoon shaped pool with lots of plants and vegetation around it. Because of the vegetation, my pool is often filled with various plant debris. I've been using Blue Coast Pools for approximately four months and they do an excellent job. The come on my service days and the gentleman that cleans my pool always does an incredible job. He stays there sometimes an hour removing all of the plant debris. He truly is an incredible professional. Also, on holiday weekends, they have moved my service day to clean the pool on the holiday to allow me and my family to enjoy a clean pool. I could not be happier

Exceptional service! Jorge and his crew were punctual, neat and polite. Jorge was always responsive to my calls and texts. The pool came put beautifully. Highly impressed and pleased overall and would not hesitate to hire him again. Jorge is a pleasure to work with, patient and caring. I highly recommend him again and again.

They showed up quick even though it was a holiday weekend. They gave me a written report but refused to charge me for the inspection. As it turned out everything was fine except for an ungrounded pump. They recommended an electrician perform this job so they got nothing out of it for themselves though they acted like I was their best customer. Jorge was great and I will try to use them for any future work as they have already proved themselves to me!

Literally, couldn't have gone any better.

Did a good job. George came out and took the time to go over the work to be done. We had a lot of hollow spots in the old pool, so they had to tear out the old marcite before resurfacing the pool with a diamondbrite coating. A year later, the new surface still looks good. There was a small lack of communication between George at Blue Coast and the crew he hired to do the job. George did take ownership of it, and made it right. We also decided to go with Blue Coast for our weekly pool service. They do a great job at keeping the pool crystal clear.

I called on friday and they came out the next morning. I have been calling my current pool man and he told me he could not do that kinda repairs that he would send somebody else and nobody called me. I called four other companies during the week and two never made the appointments they set with me and two never even called me back. The Blue Coast guys did a great job, they are super nice and professional. I am so glad I found them

The repair was completed and well done.

They came out and took a look and fixed it by finding some old leaves I hadn't noticed interfering with the suction. I was willing to buy a new pump to fix the problem, but it cost me nothing. Very honest company and would definitely use them again.

They fixed the problem but it took longer than I would have liked. Currently their service is ongoing and we have not had any problems

Jorge was very communicative with me from the beginning to the end of the project. The crew did an excellent job in a very timely manner. They were very careful to keep work area neat and clean. Jorge is very passionate about his work, and has a very conscientious and competent team working for him. All of the workers were very competent and did the job as if it were their own pool! I truly appreciated the work done by Blue Coast Pools!! From the first phone conversation I had with Jorge, I knew this company was right for me. Jorge is honest, caring, diligent and scrupulous in his work. I also hired this company after the resurfacing for weekly pool service because they were so reliable and competent that I wanted to maintain a continued business relationship with them. You guys are the best. I had tried 3 other companies over the last 2 years. Your tech has never not been here every week and even comes on short notice when I have had to have repairs. Now 4 of my neighbors use you THANKS JORGE!!!! PS my new pavers look awesome

After using a local pool maintenance service that was extremely poor, unreliable, and overpriced, I shopped around and found Blue Coast on Angie's List. It has lived up to its good rating. I started with Blue Coast in September 2016 and after 3-months of using their weekly full service package, I wanted to provide this review. My Blue Coast service technician has shown up on-time each week to clean and maintain my pool (always leaving a dated notice of their servicing in my mail box...I have also personally seen the technician servicing the pool several times and weeks in a row). The pool (which uses a salt-water chlorinator) has remained clear, clean and chemically well balanced. Blue Coast's fee is reasonable given the good service. While most businesses were closing early, they even showed up the day before Hurricane Matthew was predicted to pass offshore of Fort Lauderdale to add additional chemicals to my pool to ensure it would remain balanced in the event of the storm. Their communication has been good to the point that they provided an advanced letter to their customers indicating their business closure between Christmas and New Years, but also providing steps taken to ensure my pool was treated to remain balanced during their closure and added contact information concerning emergency service if needed. Blue Coast is run the way a good business should be: Good, prompt, reliable service at a reasonable price.

Very good yeah they did some pool resurfacing and stuff and yeah they're good. They came when they were supposed to come, they did what they were supposed to do, they were good.

The work went very well. The professional crew started as promised and their work was exceptional. The pool deck had a tile pattern that was expertly and patiently trimmed on both sides so that the new surface would fit flush with the old surface. The end result was beautiful. Jorge, the owner of Blue Coast Pools, had helped me for over a year to help me settle a major warranty problem with our pool. I was not a customer of his at that time. The problem was resolved and Jorge did not charge charge me for all the time he spent on my problem! I am most grateful for his help.

Jorge was a pleasure to deal with. Communications was great, the work was performed quickly and on the day promised. The installation job was clean and everything is working great. Jorge followed up to make sure everything was working well and to ensure I was happy with the job. I would recommend Blue Coast and will use them in the future if needed.

It went very well. Although a little messy, everything was cleaned and left in its original form. They began the work on the day scheduled and finished within 2 weeks time. This was truly impressive, as usually you can't get contractors to come back and finish the job on time.

Excellent, far better than expected. I hired Blue Coast Pools for my pool remodel. At first, I was skeptical because in South Florida is not easy to find a reliable company. From the first time I contacted Blue Coast Pools, they came right away, we discussed what I want it done and thanks to George, the owner expertise, he advised on things that I needed and I had no idea, without price increase. From the time they started working, they did it consistently and was very impressed with the way they work, as far as cleaning after the job was done and the constant communication that George kept with us. Blue Coast has been our pool service contractor for many years. They service the pool weekly, maintain our equipment and have diamond brited and converting us to saline. They provide excellent service are courteous, professional, responsive and on time. Plus they do great work and stand behind it. I don't hesitate giving them my highest rating.

Representatives of Blue Coast Pools were very professional and timely. The project entailed the refinishing of a existing condominium pool. Blue Coast Pools was the low bidder on the project and began immediately after being awarded the project. They were polite to all residents and completed the project within the budget and on time. The owner Mr. Estupinan was easily accessible and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely recommend Blue Coast Pools to our clients in the future.
