What a great job this company did. We've been having so many issues with our heater and out of all the unreasonable estimates we received this company seemed to be the most reasonable and professional. We are so happy we chose them. Along with installing our new water heater the now do our monthly pool service. They are amazing.

I found Blue Coast Pools due to Angie’s List and contacted them for estimate to complete diamond brite resurfacing of my pool and installation of a led color pool light. Jorge responded to my inquiry timely with a competitive price. I had already received three other quotes from other providers. I requested references from Jorge Prior to hiring Blue Coast which they provided and who are very satisfied with Their work. I contracted Blue Coast and the job was performed in about a week from start to finish. The team performing the work cleaned up after themselves and I am very happy with the work performed. Jorge kept me updated throughout the job. Jorge is very knowledgeable and his communication is very good. I highly recommend Blue Coast Pools.

Jorge responded to my request for an estimate immediately. He was able to get a tech out to view the job within a business day. I had my estimate the next morning. Blue Coast Pools has re-established our trust in the pool industry. They are always on schedule and occasionally when they do fall behind schedule they always inform us ahead of time. They are up to date with technology and everytime our pool gets serviced we receive an email with the picture of our pool and a checklist of the services that were provided. Blue Coast Pools, resurfaced my pool and did a spectacular job and ever since they have been maintaining our pool on weekly basis. Jorge took the time to explain detail by detail how the process would be and surprisingly it was followed through completely. I would high recommend their services.

Blue Coast came out and did an excellent job of cleaning out my pool and brought it back, we are currently using the pool as a result. The technician came out twice, once to do the initial cleaning and the second time to ensure that the pool was clean and usable, I would recommend them to do my pools anytime. I was hesitant to go to one of these sites to hire a contractor in Florida. Since we have been here our experiences have been terrible. We are so happy we called Jorge from Blue coast pools. He resurfaced our pool and everything he promised he delivered. Unlike other contractors, there was no hidden fees. After the contract was signed. They were very reasonable and punctual, and he kept in touch with us every step of the way. We hired his company for weekly maintenance and it’s been an amazing experience with them. I found Blue Coast Pools after a long run with a different pool company where my system was regularly broken and my pool was never as clean as I hoped. I figured it was worth a shot to try someone else and so far Blue Coast Pools has done an excellent job. Their technician really takes his time to clean the pool and it always looks great now. They also have very fair prices. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a pool company.

We dealt with Jorge throughout who was not only responsive, but very pleasant. We had a tight time schedule, which Jorge indicated he could meet, which is the main reason we went with him. An unforeseen issue arose, which required additional work. The additional charge was extremely reasonable. The time table was only 2 days extra. I would use Blue Coast again. The only issue I had which I recommended to Jorge was for his company to provide a post work written guideline on how to take care of a newly diamondbrited pool.

Very well. They called me to let me know when they would be coming out. I did not need to be there. They reset the pump so it was working again and they did this free of charge. Because of their great service I decided to use them as my pool cleaning company.

Real people answer the phone, and the diagnosis was made that same day. Repair/replace was done promptly, with zero aggravation. Cleanup superb.

After the initial issues with Blue Coast I am updating my rating. I retained this company, and their service has been excellent. The price is great and they have been completely reliable. Their service after the recent hurricane was superb, getting our pool cleaned up very quickly after almost two weeks with no filtration due to no electricity. I highly recommend them for pool service.
