Description of Work: I called these guys for an estimate on a Digital Controller for a sprinkler system and fixing some heads. They came out next day. Their prices were so reasonable I will never change another sprinkler head again as long as they are around. The guys that came out where hard working, professional and easy to deal with. They where very receptive to requests and DEFINITELY go the extra mile to make their customers happy.

Description of Work: They returned my call a day after the message was left. Scheduled an appointment and \never showed up.

Description of Work: Called to schedule a "sprinkler tune-up" appointment (using the Angie's List coupon) on Wednesday, March 7 -- the receptionist was very pleasant. She told me that she could have a technician to my home within 48 hours.. She then went on to say specifically what services were provided with the coupon tune-up. She told me that there had been some "misunderstandings" from customers who expected significantly more work than the coupon covered. I appreciated her telling me this -- I had a very explicit understanding of the covered services. Another reason I called was that I had a cracked wellhead-- where all of the pipes come together at the pump. The receptionist told me that the technician would give me an estimate to repair this. On Thursday morning we got a call letting us know that Chris would be at our house at 12:30pm -- he showed up right on time. He told me exactly what needed to be done to fix the wellhead -- he also told me that several of my sprinkler heads needed to be repaired or replaced. He called in to the office and got the estimate -- it was very reasonable. He proceeded to repair/replace the system. He even upgraded the sprinkler heads -- raising them where they had been covered by our hedges. When he was done he tested everything. He also gave me tips for doing on-going maintenance to keep everything working.And even more importantly -- he did all of this with a very friendly attitude -- even while standing outside in a torrential rainstorm all afternoon. I highly recommend Best of Broward -- I would not hesitate to use them again -- and I will recommend them to all of my neighbors.

Description of Work: My sprinkler system which gets its water from a lake kept losing its prime. They were so honest and showed me my whole problem was a tiny snail that got caught in the check valve. They could have told me just about anything but showed there integrity by truthfullness and honesty. I also had them repair and or replace 3 broken heads. I felt not only confident with them, but extremely reasonable. I will definetly recommend them and use them again.
