The install went well. They were punctual and professional. The owner, Bob, said, "I promise when we are done with the installation the zone switching process will work." The system does not switch zones on it own, going on possibly 10 months now. I had put in several text messages to Bob. He came out and all I got was "It works for me." They system may have switched zones twice, on its own in 10 months. They had not worked on the zone switching machanics, but promised it would work properly when they were finished. Promise broken. In December, an issue started with the heads not coming up fully on their own. I got in touch with Bob. First he said he would be out the next day, then he said he was having truck problems, then he said "I will have to take your pump apart." The pump is new. How does a person know that is the issue is the pump and it will have to be taken apart without even coming out. Couldn't low pressure mean a line is broken? The company was All-In and good for the $2,800 but on follow-through, when I needed them most......I'd say an F. Dissappointed. I really had faith they'd be there for me after the install.

Excellent experience overall. I hired them to check out my existing sprinklers (I knew some to be broken, and others to have poor coverage). They were quick and terrific. They had everything they needed on the truck, and brought a big enough crew to quickly work through the front and back yard without rushing. Nicely done.

They were able to go under the driveway for the repair and took the time to check some mowed over heads despite their very busy schedule. Very professional, knowledgeable, and very reasonable - way cheaper than other bids. Replaced sod and smoothed over. Very friendly to deal with; definitely my go to service provider!

I called Best of Broward Sprinkler's to come out and fix the broken sprinkler. They came out and did excellent work. I watched them and they were very detailed in making sure all the sprinklers were in working order and targeting the right areas for the grass and plants. They also showed me the timer box and how to adjust the time on the sprinklers. Thanks Again, Job well done.

They came out and I told them that I was in pain and couldn't stay outside with them and asked them to make sure that all the sprinkler heads were applying complete coverage to my yard. I noticed once I turned them on that I didn't have complete coverage at all. I asked them to come back to make it right, which they did, but they charged me for a full service charge rather than a recall. When I spoke to the owner about this, he told me that the workers told him that I just went inside and never said anything about full coverage. So he took the word of his workers over the customer. When I paid for the service, I wrote 'Highway Robbery' in the memo of the check. I would never use them again.

The service my sprinklers all the time now. I was satisfied with their work.

Michael and his team of two replaced the filter which extended into the lake and it was indeed clogged. When the tried to start the unit, the pump was no longer functional. Thinking that the pump shaft had frozen, they tried to torque it but to no avail. The only alternative was to replace the pump. Inside of 1.5 hours the entire job was complete. Add into that another $55 since I needed another float decoy duck to keep the extended pipe afloat in the lake, and the bill was $945 in the aggregate. Best of Broward owner and staff are punctual, efficient and effective. I highly recommend them.

It went very well. Because they are good, they are busy, and hard to schedule.

I cannot say enough positives about this Company. From the first phone call they were very professional. They contacted me regarding availability and arrived promptly at the appointed time. Upon arrival I showed them the area with the leak and the two options I had previously received. They stated that would be very expensive and they felt they could fix the leak directly at the site without removing the landscaping for a much lower price. They let me know the price beforehand and once I agreed they did exactly what they said they would. Michael and his crew worked through the rain and got the job done promptly. They showed me the site after the repair and how the system was performing and then went on their way. That is the way it is supposed to be done! Very impressed.

Called 3 times for them to come out. Was told the same thing every time I called... "They would call me today or the next day'. Obviously NOT. Never called. Asked to replace and tap off heads. Probably not worth their time.

They came out to take a look, and when they called me I asked what the price would be and when I was told what it was I said I was still waiting to hear back from other providers. Ten minutes later, I got a call back from them stating that I never said I wanted an estimate and if I didn't have them do the work they would charge me $60 for a service call. At no time did I authorize them to do any work and they never said there would be a service charge to come and look at my system. To date I have received two invoices in the mail from them. I believe they were deceptive and am very disappointed that they were listed on Angie's List. They are dishonest.

Called the office on Monday and spoke to the receptionist. Bob called me back Saturday afternoon. Selected a different contractor.

They did a wonderful job! A couple of my sprinklers need to be adjusted and they came back and adjusted them. Larry and his team did a great job! Thanks Mike for doing the adjustments!

After waiting one hour after the agreed upon time with no one from "Best of Broward" showing up or calling, I called them. The woman who answered the phone knew nothing about our appointment. There was no point to try to go forward with such an unprofessional company.

after having a technician at the house they agreed to do the job verbally, by telephone and email. i sent them a survey for the permitting process. 3 months went by. when i called to ask what was going on they said they were too "busy with commercial jobs". it's now been 4 months and no word from them.

Initially I spoke to Debbie and clearly told her the job requirement: Sprinkler pump installed on the outside of the house Sprinkler timer and installed on the outside of the house I specifically mentioned to her the electrical box would stay inside the house so they would need a drill in order to connect the timer and pump. They quoted a range from $240 - $275. When the technician came out he gave a whole story of how it would be easier to install a new timer (even though the one I had was 6 months old) because the voltage change, etc. He said for the SAME $240 i can just install you a new timer, which is better. When I get my invoice, the price was for $475! They then told me it was not included in the price they gave to install the timer, it was ADDITIONAL! Spoke to Bob the owner and told him there was a clear mis-understanding and I was willing to pay a little more but NOT double. Also its worth mentioning they did not finish the job as they left the pump unsecured and failed to bolted down to the cement slab! After rudely telling me that I was lying and they initially only quoted me on installing the sprinkler pump, I realized I was not getting anywhere with him. (I don't think hes all there in the head). Please avoid using this company if possible.

We called for service, after several days with no response, a couple of guys showed up and checked it out. They concluded that the relay inside the timer box had failed, and decided to replace the entire box with a new one. It works perfectly and we can now stop watering the lawn manually.

Their crew did a fantastic job, they walked me through everything that needed to be done with price breakdown and they performed quickly and professionally

Mike, did an excellent job replacing the old pump. Rewired and sealed the ends very well and re-angled the pump for easy access. He also replaced several sprinkler heads and showed me how to adjust them. Also gave me advice on their maintenance.
