Best of Broward was an excellent choice to fix my sprinkler system. I had a broken line, lots of heads that weren't working, and an overall lack of pressure. They showed up on time, kept me in the loop as they found problems, fixed everything, called to let me know it was done, and gave me a very reasonable price for the time and effort that was involved. Debbie is the office was super friendly, and Bob was great; he called right back and responded to text when he was needed. Great job Best of Broward - I would definitely use you again!

Workers arrived, performed the work and departed. It went smoothly and there were absolutely no problems.

Excellent. Very knowledgable and accomodating. They were busy, so a little slow to get the estimate, but they do the work fast. They replaced the pump the same day they troubleshooted it. Larry is and excellent field supervisor. I got a comparative quote that was 50% higher.

I really like the technician that they send to my house. He has done a good job. He tells me what I need and what he can do. He gives me reasonable prices, so we kind of do things on the spot. Everything has worked out and I'm happy. Their prices are good and I don't think I've been downgraded because of good pricing.

Broward Sprinklers did a very good job. They let me know what the problems were, then gave me a competitive price and did the work in a quick and professional manner.

They were very professional, giving me an estimate on what needed to be done, and there were several problems with the system, it hadn't been maintained in a while. It was a bit expensive, but I know the problems were pretty severe, including tree root problems. I would use this company again.

Larry and helper Johnny arrived on time and within 5 minutes diagnosed the problem as a faulty timer (original more than 20 years old)replaced it - re- attached the motor and housing to slab- had to have some one drive over and bring gasket- all great! They then replaced a couple of heads and cleaned blocked lines-showed me how to set timer. They even capped off an old line that was leaking bad and not needed! The pressure on the system also improved greatly and better coverage! Larry really knows his stuff! Also Debbie the office lady was great on the phone and with all talks! A pleasure to do business with- ps -while they were working a neighbor stopped by and will be calling for an appointment - I told her to make sure and ask for Larry and Johnny.

Called and scheduled service on Tuesday morning (No specific time :/). A week later Tuesday came and it was 11:30 am so I called again and told her I was scheduled for service to repair my sprinkler system. I was told she was going to call me back to see what time they will be at my house. NEVER CALLED BACK! At least she could have told me they wouldnt be able to come so I wouldnt have wasted almost a week and my time waiting and would have just hired someone esle.

The service was good. He really did a good job. He told me what he was going to do. He made the appropriate adjustments.

They were very accomodating with me after three quote visits over a period of a year. I was having a driveway put in and they came out on short notice to lay the pipe under the driveway after the forms but before the pour. The workmanship and materials were excellent. The coverage is perfect and they were very careful to avoid existing pipes and minimize impact to plants. The even put in additional PVC and electrical conduit so I could run power to an island in the front yard. I expect to call them back to do the third zone and run some drainage pipes from gutters at the back of the house.

After the initial scheduling issues Bob came out on a rainy Saturday morning to take a look at our sprinkler issue. Within a week his crew was out to fix the issue. They arrived as scheduled and got the job done! YEAH The appointment was for 1/8 between 9-12. At 1:45 I called because no one had called or arrived for the appointment. I was told that the workers - Larry and Bob had to go to a different call in the opposite side of town and they were not sure if they could make it to my home. The receptionist said that she would call me back and let me know. No call....the next day I called - was given the run around...was supposed to call me back with a day and time for service...here it is 1/14 still waiting. If this is Broward's best...cant imagine what the others are like:(

They were on time and performed the job in a timely manner.

We purchsed the big deal from Best of Broward Sprinklers Inc., offering a sprinkler system tune-up for $49. They said this service is normally valued at $100. The Tune-up included cleaning and adjusting clogged nozzles, main line inspection, dry areas, rain sensor and set controller for proper watering time and duration. The performed the job professionally and on time until our system was restored to health. The job lasted almost two hours. They had to replace 15 heads and raised some of them above bushes which brought the job to $300 and we are very happy about it. It's been almost a year since the job was performed and it still works fine.

Larry came to the house to do service. He was fabulous!! No wonder they have an A rating with the most reviews! They deserve it!!!

Big Deal, Big Disappointment. The owner was quite clear with me on the phone when I mentioned I had purchased his tune up promotion: "That is NOT my promotion. It's Angie's List, but I will honor it". He seemed a bit put out by it and the resulting incomplete tune up seems to be reflective of it. Not sure I will purchase another Big Deal.

They would not service our area

Purchased the sprinkler system tune up service big deal from Angies List. Best of Broward was a little difficult to schedule since I assume they get a ton of calls with this offer. Once scheduled the individual arrived on time and provided an overview of some of the issues with the current system. Performed some minor fixes on clogged sprinkler heads and confirmed water was being distributed to as much of the grass that it could cover. Suggested an additional zone with sprinkler heads that i felt was unnecessary and provided an estimate to replace my current timer and valves. A little high, so will wait to execute that project, but overall a good experience.

Purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List. Showed up on time and looked at the sprinkler system.

On the originally scheduled day I stayed home from work for the full appointment window, but the tech never showed up and didn't call. I received a call from the office two hours after the appointment window; they apologized and rescheduled, but I didn't wait around for the second appointment. The sprinkler tuneup was completed and they fixed the issues I already knew about. I would have strongly preferred to be there in person to speak with the tech and have him show me what he found, but "fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice..."

They were very professional, worked on time, very honest and forthcoming.

Overall the experience was excellent. My system is very old and was in pretty bad shape but I am now getting much better coverage and the price was fair and reasonable. Even my calls to and from Debbie were pleaseant and highly professional. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Best of Broward Sprinklers showed up on time and was thoroughly professional. He checked our system, found the problems and fixed them quickly and efficiently. I am about to call to have him back for the next check up. The one thing that would have added more value to his service would have been to demonstrate the problems he was finding so that I would better understand them, but I also understand that that might slow him down.

Work was quick, efficient and fairly fast. Day one say the 'rough' as they called it go in with the trenching, pipe laying and sprinkler heads attached and set up for city inspectors (which passed on the first go I might add), Day two saw the arrival of the well drilling team which went down I would say 40-50 feet, and as soon as they were done, the electrician arrived to install the pump unit and do all new wiring circuits to run the pump as well as timer and rain sensors. Cleanup was a few days later as we had to wait for the city of Davie to come out and approve the work, but once done, they were out within hours and completed the final work. I am more than satisfied with what they did, the system works perfectly after three scheduled runs have taken place. Additional comment here for what it may be worth: The pump unit it right outside my bedroom window, and does NOT wake me up when it kicks on at 4AM in the morning, it is very quiet so for those sensitive to sound this can be a plus point for you.
