Very easy to deal with, the techs were great. I'd def recommend them.

Showed up on time. Reasonable prices and great service. Would definately use them again.

He spent hours digging and removing the root system around the broken pipe. My sprinkler system was in great shape after he repaired it.

Called provider because of rating - on phone told that they cannot get anyone there for over 10 days - told them I had a system with sprinklers running all over the place.

This firm is professional but either overworked, understaffed or both. Called them because of outstanding Angie's List ratings. Pricing is competitive but nothing special compared to others I have used. They have been out twice and am trying to get them back to solve same issue which keeps reoccurring. In each case has taken multiple phone calls and nearly two weeks each time to get service. They never call back. They are professional but with such poor response time don't understand how they have such high List ratings! .

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It turned out very well. We spent a few dollars more to replace a couple of the sprinkler heads. Everything was fine. He was very professional and he came to the door to show me what had to be replaced and what was missing. They were very good.

Job was fabulous and better than our expectations.

When they started the tune up promotion, it took a few weeks for them to come out, however, when they did come out , they fixed the problem and made sure they I was satisfied ......

I just love these folks. They are prompt and friendly and their work is exceptional. I have them on my speed dial in case I need them.

Called spoke to Debbie who scheduled me for 8/22 between 9am to 12pm. At 11:58 I called spoke Debbie who told me she will call me back doesn't know where Bob is. Received a call back at noon from Debbie who explained Bob is running behind the project he is working on is bigger then he anticipated. My question is why didnt someone have the professional integrety to call me and let me know. After all we are having projects that are on hold waiting for Bob to show up. Debbie then said Bob can pass by later that afternoon, when asked what time? she couldn't give me a time. I said no thanks Debbie after all we haven't even started a project and there is already a breakdown in communication and flat out respect for ones time. I was contemplating not writing a review but I was reminded the purpose of Angie's List . Good Luck Bob and Debbie on you future endevors and please call your clients, don't be rude and respect peoples time after all we are ALL busy.

Some sprinkler heads were moved and some were changed. The coverage was checked to make sure the yard was getting adequate water uniformly.

They gave us a reasonable price, they did good work and they got it done quickly.

There quality of service was excellent, excellent. It was very good. They were very responsive. They came out right away and got everything done. They taught us how to use our new equipment. They were wonderful.

The service was excellent. They were early for the appointment, but did call first to let me know. They were very knowledgeable. They could have sold a whole new unit which was the understanding that I had, and when they looked at it they informed me that it could just be repaired.

They came to the house and did the work it was good.

Initially totally acceptable. Unfortunately numerous calls and Emails were required to have the job completed. The explanation was "we are exceptionally busy with other jobs at this time."

Contacted the owner and he was very informative of what was needed to replace the pump. Provided me an estimate that was not too high or low compared to the other estimates. After scheduling the work, he followed up with a reminder. His resource was punctual and provided information on some of the concerns found. The electrical line was rusted and for an additional cost the corrected that. Although my expectation was to pay less than $500, the extra fixes was worth it.
