These guys are fantastic--pinpointed all problems & corrected them. You could tell that they really know their stuff.

What a lifesaver these folks were! We had hired a company to do sod for us, who were also supposed to take care of the sprinklers as well. They completely dropped the ball, and I was left with new sod and non-working sprinklers. Bob had his guys come out the day after I called, and they got everything up and running and perfect! Very nice, good work, and cleaned up well when the job was done (save for a few empty cans left by the guys - it was a very hot day). Everything is working well, and when I had one small issue, they were right out to fix it. Great service, and great company!

Excellent, from the first call I spoke to a nice lady in the office, she's a real nice person. Then mike came out performed a full service to the house for $120. He then discussed how much it would cost to set up sprinklers for my backyard which had little to no coverage. He performed the work the next day for $700. Mike and crew were professional, quick, and performed he job in 2 days.

This company did an excellent job on re-doing my old irrigation system. The employees were professional and courteous. Although a lot of digging was needed to install the new plumbing lines for the new pipes, the damage to existing landscape was minimal. The project site was left clean throughout their work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing irrigation work. The price was reasonable when compared to all other estimates I received.

They had previously installed sprinkler lines before my new driveway was installed. I called the morning after the driveway was finished, Bob came by to see what needed to be done and give me an approximate cost, and had a crew here that afternoon. They did an excellent job of connecting pipes, repairing the old sprinkler line that had been damaged by installation of paver sidewalk, replacing sprinkler heads that were not functioning correctly. I was very impressed with their work. I did have a problem with one sprinkler head that needed adjustment. They took care of that the same day I called and gave me a lesson in the newer models. I wish I could give a grade higher than A.

I'd been watching as the old patio and driveway were dug up, trying to figure out where sprinkler lines were so that appropriate fittings could be installed in the driveway bed before new one goes in. Even with help from knowledgeable neighbors, parts of the lines were still a mystery. I called Best of Broward and explained the situation to a very helpful lady, who said that she'd tell Bob about the situation, including time constraints, when he returned to the office. Less than two hours later, he called to let me know he was on his way. As soon as he saw the layout, he had helpful suggestions and said he had a crew that would be here later in the afternoon to lay the appropriate size sleeves and fittings. Crew of three got here at 4 PM, were done by 5 and left everything laid out in a neat and understandable and logical form, ready for phase two, sprinkler hookups and testing, after the driveway is done. So far, I am IMPRESSED!

It went well. They came out the same day I called to provide an estimate. I then called them a couple of days later to do the work and they came out the same day. Very responsive and professional.

They were very nice and professional. They had to go get a part but the service was completed in a very timely fashion.

One of my sprinkler heads was broken and I tried to replace myself. A tree root had grown around it and while I could unscrew the old head O could not get the new head on because of the root. I tried to cut away part of the root and in doing so broke the PVC. Best of Broward came and fixed my issue in no time at all. While they were there they adjusted the other sprinkler heads and replaced a couple more bad ones. Bob noticed one head was spraying into my new AC unit and fixed that....saving me a lot of money down the road on another AC repair. Good guys, fair price, friendly, honest, and professional. No drama, just the way I like it.

Called early morning and was told they would appear after completing a job they were on. No specific time estimate was provided. First job ended up taking most of the day, but Larry and a crew of four eventually showed up, evaluated our sprinkler system, and made recommendations for the repairs. Professional and efficient service.

Debbie did a great job of scheduling the service. When she said they would arrive, they did. The team was excellent. Larry was super! He supervised all the work and kept me informed every step of the way. The root they had to dig up was 4-6 inches thick. His workers repaired our sprinkler as if it was their sprinkler. After all work was completed they even washed the sidewalk. We will absolutely use this service again.

The service was never performed

all the workers were helpful did a great job, came out day after I called for appointment and Debbie was so pleasant when I had to call the office.

I knew it would take at least two different visits to complete the job. He came out one day and started the job and did a great job. In fact, I believe he over-delivered that first day. I tried to get in contact with him for the next phase of work, but he said he would come and then would never show up and he later stopped answering my calls. Essentially, the second part of the job was never completed. He was great at first so I am disappointed that he did not contact me back or at least explain why he was unresponsive.

It was good. The individual they sent did a good job, was helpful, and did what he said he would do. I was satisfied enough to hire them again for a more complicated job—repairs on my sprinkler system.

I have used them several times and they are always excellent. They last installed something to take the iron rust out of the water so it does not stain my house or car.

I called on a Thursday afternoon because my sprinkler pump was shooting water straight up in the air. They were very courteous on the the phone as they explained that they were extremely busy and could not get to my home before sometime the next week. She was very apologetic and stated she would understand if I wanted to find someone else. I was willing to wait. Then, the very next day I got a call saying the tech could come out Saturday morning. What a nice surprise. He came out at the appointed time, and quickly fixed the problem. They are very professional and friendly, and the prices are fair. I used them a couple of years ago, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The service turned out good. I strongly recommend them to anyone. It is a very professional company, and the service was good.

First of all, this is the second time that I've used Best of Broward Sprinklers (see my previous reviews) FYI- I also called another highly rated local sprinkler company, they quoted me a similar price to replace the pump however they also told they if they had to change some of the pipes that there would an additional price. However when I spoke to Bob from Best of Broward me he told me that he needed to come out, which he did on a timely manner, he quoted me $595.00 for the job. His people came out on time and were professional, they replaced the pump as agreed, they also added an Ball Valve which I didn't have before, they also replace some of the old pipes and connectors, they also check that my sprinklers were working PLUS they also adjusted some of the sprinkler heads because they were hitting my pool deck. You could use Best of Broward, you will not be taken advantage of, they are fair with their prices, but their service is SUPERIOR.

They were fine. It went okay. They came when they were supposed to. I didn't have any problems.

The service was terrible. It took them a long time to schedule. I had to call 3 or 4 times for them to come out, and then they came out, and the service we did was not satisfactory, even in relation to the big deal. I spoke to several people down there, and they were following up on it, and then nothing ever happened to it. What they did on it was next to nothing. I had reschedule several times, because they wouldn't show up. When they scheduled, I wanted the to contact me before they got there so that we could meet at the property and discuss what was wrong, but they only just called me after they had left.

The job was estimated and completed perfectly and on time. I will use them again.

The two guys that came out to look at our sprinklers did a great job. They called and told us when they would be here and were actually early. They had to dig up at least one sprinkler and replace four heads. They did everything in about 45 minutes. Both guys were extremely nice. I really appreciate the great job they did. Definitely recommend
