Description of Work: Replaced sprinkler heads and added stems but the main reason I called them was to split my line and run it along my fence for future deck placement and to fix the last two heads at the end of the line. I was on vacation when the work was done so I was not there to make sure they did the work that was quoted to me |

Description of Work: Good luck nailing down an appt with this company. I have been waiting over a week for them to call me an actually set up an appt. the receptionist only takes your info then you have to wait for a tech to call when he's in your area (?). Never heard anything like it. Definitely will be contacting a different company at this point

Description of Work: Fixed broken pipe at pump and check entire sprinkler system to make sure it is working correctly. Once I complained and indicated we called about 4-6 weeks ago several times and no one came, finally someone came and fixed everything right away. Do not understand why it took so long and why they showed up unannounced. I live in a gated community and just happened to be home so I was fortunate the work got done. The only reason why we used them was several years ago they overhauled our system and did a terrific job. I will use them again only if this does not occur again.

Description of Work: They completely rebuilt my sprinkler system in my front and side yards and capped off the back yard hoses after I had a major pool rebuild which paved over the back yard sprinklers and destroyed my front yard system because of all of the pool company's equipment. |Best of Broward Sprinklers completely rebuilt my system from the ground up, calibrated everything, put on the right directional sprinkler heads, laid new lines and then left the lawn in good condition. |I am very happy with Best of Broward and have used them several times in the past. This was the most extensive work they have done for me and I am very pleased.

Description of Work: They sent 6 men to do a Sprinkler check, but stil charged me for half of them. Would not retime my timer (2 years old ) had to buy a new one, then took away the waterproof box it was in but left me the old timer. Rang about it later that day, said they would check. couple of days later rang back told it went in the gabbage bin and was crushed |Dissapointed !

Description of Work: Wow. They had to do some major digging of roots to fix my broken sprinkler head-- it was attached to one of the main pipes which had been pushed up and broken by the growth of the old oak tree. Where they placed the roots was absolutely fine for pickup-- but it was nice to see just how much work they'd done for the price. Everything fixed now, working perfectly, and my driveway is dry for the first time in awhile. Called back quickly, came when they said they would, sent a bill afterwards... absolutely perfect!

+ -1 moreI cannot rave enough about Tony and the Best of Broward Sprinkler Crew. They put my sprinkler system in several years ago and Tony has always come promptly whenever I phoned for any kind of problem or maintenance on the system. The last time Tony came out to repair my system, I mentioned that I had Very Low water pressure in the house and that I had been given an estimate of over $3500. by a very large nation wide company. They wanted that much to put in an new water line from the point where the city is responsible to my house (I think, about 65 feet) I can not tell you how much time I spent worrying about how I was going to pay for this expensive replacement of our water line. Tony, walked it off and said that they could put in a whole new line for about $500. He explaind that that is what they do "put in water lines". Needless to say, I was THRILLED. When I came home from work on Oct. 30, I had a new water line and the water pressure in the house is WONDERFUL!!!! Not only did they bill me less than the estimate. Tony and his crew took out a small ugly tree in the front yard as a little extra favor. It is so refreshing to do business with such an Honest and Professional Group. I highly recommend Best of Broward Sprinkler. They install and maintain Great Sprinkler systems as well.
Description of Work: The water pressure in the house was very, very low. They put in a new water supply pipe from the street (or where the City responsibility ends and the homeowner responsiblity begins) to the house.
