They immediately knew what was needed to be done to diagnose the problem.They located the leak in an underground pipe and determined the location of my well. When I bought my house 20 years ago, I was never shown where the sprinkler well was placed. Once they located the well and the break in the pipe, they were able to get my sprinkler system working again. I was told by another sprinkler company the previous day that I would need to have another well dug at a cost of several thousand dollars. Needless to say ,I dropped that company and am now a permanent customer of Best of Broward Sprinklers.

After choosing their special deal with Angie's List I called and a very helpful person took all the information. Due to the special deal they were booked and I was put on a list to serviced when they have time as well as are in our area. Within two days I got a call that they would come the following day. On the service day they called ahead, arriving on time. They checked the sprinkler system and repaired two broken sprinkler heads. The team of two was very friendly and efficient.

It nfolded exactly as planned with a methodical inspection of every zone and every head.

What I got was a "Quote". Since when does a tune up turn into a quote. I did not need to pay $49 to get a quote on my sprinkler system. When the quote was given, it was in a range; not a detailed quote for the work. Needless to say, I wasted $49 and will not consider using this company...ever

I read the reviews on Angie's list, contacted Best of Broward Sprinklers and left a message to schedule an appointment. They called back within an hour. I arranged for an appointment on the day and time I requested. They arrived on-time and carried out a review and test of the irrigation system, identified a number of issues listed above and provided a quote for the work on the spot. We agreed on repairs and pricing and they immediately set to work. There was a lot of manual labor involved, including well pump priming and excavation of faulty feeder pipes and recessed sprinkler heads. They worked diligently in the 86 degree heat and demonstrated the final complete system functional test. They were professional and cleaned up all areas where they had worked. I would hire them again and recommend them. It makes a nice change to find a reliable, responsive, trustworthy company in South Florida.

I signed up for the $50 service special advertised by Angie's List thru e-mails. After a few missed hook-ups (I live in a gated community) the service tech arrived, estimated the cost of repairs and agreed to call me prior to any work which exceeded that and returned the following AM to complete the work. Repairs were $230 plus the $50 special fee- total = $280. Excellent wuality and work for the price. I wholeheartedly recommend this professional irrigation service for work at a home.

After reading the reviews I was so surprised the service I received. I called on April 19th for service. The woman in the office said that they would not be out until the beginning of the week and that was fine. Wanted to have more calls in Boca to make call which makes sense. After not hearing form them I called on Tuesday and they said it would be soon. I told them that I would need it done before Saturday that I was leaving to go back north, she said it should be done in the next few days. Okay. Wednesday am we did not her form anybody so we went golfing. At 10:30 am a man called and said can he come over? Well since we had heard from anyone I said we would not be available for a few hours. He said oh well I will try again. I told him I would need a little notice. He asked if he could come in the afternoon that day and I said sure. He said he would have to check with the office and get back to me. Never called back waited all afternoon. Next am I called the number that he had called me on , no answer or able to leave a message. at 11:00 asked if he could come out now, we had already made plans. could he come out in pm I said yes. Never heard form him called that number repeatedly. Called the office and woman said we tried to come out but you were golfing! Explained that we had no notice and that it would be nice to have some notice. Explained that we were leaving. Well they could not make it out until Monday after we left. Great! So, I left a note in a plastic bag asking the tech to call after service and put the lock in the box. No call! Finally by Wednesday I called the office to see if anyone had gone out and if so why had they not called me. She said that the tech had not been in the office since Monday and she did not know that she would have to call him. She called me back and said they went out and checked and all was fine. He said he put the lock on. Honestly I have never had such frustration with a service call. If your home 24 hours a day and don't go anywhere despite not having them make an appointment you will be fine I guess. Not even sure they really went out! Very disappointed. How does a business stay in business with such poor customer service!

The main problem was that the check valve needed to be replaced and someone had driven over the connection to the well and it also needed repair. I was quoted $175 to fix the larger picture and had also purchased the $49 special to fix and/or unclog up to 10 sprinkler heads.The entire job was complete in a few hours. I am happily planting flowers knowing they will be watered. I will definately be using Best of Broward Sprinklers for my sprinkler repairs in the future and would recomend them to others.I was impressed with how fast they showed up and with the professionalism of the workman. I didn't get any other quotes which I know isn't a good way to do business but I think $224 was a fair price for the job.

Punctional, professional, and knowledge. Turned on and checked all of the sprinkler heads. Unclogged those that were clogged. Checked sprinkler pattern and gave recommendation. The visit did not take very long. If you do not have a lot of know issues with your irrigation system, it is probably not worth the money. BEWARE: he quoted me $100 to replace a sprinkler head. I can do it myself for a fraction of the cost in less than five minutes.

I need an irrigation system installed. As an avid Angie's List user, as usual, I started my research here. Best of Broward Sprinklers has fantastic reviews. And, since they "...are licensed and insured in Monroe, Miami-Dade, broward and palm beach counties?" and their page states their Service Area is the "Entire Area" I called. Unfortunately, despite what they advertise, the minute I gave my address as in Homestead the woman said "We don't go that far." I guess Homestead must no longer be in Miami-Dade county.

I would not expect miracles for the $49 promo. They'll come and adjust heads but won't replace anything and will probably identify what needs to be fixed. They were very responsive and did great work.

On the same day that I called them they came to the house. The technician called me when he was on his way to our home. After inspecting and testing the sprinkler system, the technician cleaned out a couple of the sprinkler heads that were clogged and adjusted the automatic controls to the correct settings. They were courteous and professional in all there interactions with my family and I.

No complaints here...very satisified customer....

After repeated phone messages and conversations with staff, I have yet to hear back to make an appointment. If you’re busy, I get it, but at least have the common courtesy to call a potential client back.

Easy to contact, excellent and prompt customer service. I was traveling, and the service tech called my cell and walked through the problem with me, offered low cost solutions, and made the repair promptly.

They were very professional. They came out gave me a quote, which I approved, then they did the job on the spot. It was done well and professionally without any problems. Would definitely recommend them.

Bob spent a few hours checking all of the lines and the sprinkler heads & made replacements & position adjustments as needed. He replumbed at the pump & installed a new valve - the original had apparently not been correctly put in. He took a lot of time to explain the system and timer to us - important, since we recently purchased the house, and we had never had a sprinkler system before. He also gave us advice on the care of some of our tropical plants - being from Wisconsin, we were clueless! We will definitely call for future sprinkler needs.

A+, Had 3 estimates, all in the same range. Best of Broward was the only company that "got it right". Pulled permit, got rough & final inspections. Neither of the other 2 companies even mentioned this. Was one of the main reasons I chose this company. City of Oakland Park was a pain to deal with for the permit & inspections. Bob & I worked together successfully to get them on the right track. Great communication throughout the entire job. On time. Professional. Polite. Took 2 days to complete. Cleaned up each day! Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for irrigation or sprinkler service.

Excellent job, fair price; I referred them to a neighbor right on the spot, and am happy to recommend them to others.

I don' think this is a bad company, but I got the sense they were completely overwhelmed with the Sprinkler Tune-Up promo. Also, I got the sense that they are mostly working on sites in the Ft Lauderdale, Hollywood, Miami area and that Palm Beach county was a bit of a stretch for them – which is understandable, but I wish it was mentioned.

It went rather well! On the first day we met and discussed the job (additional sprinklers), I was given an estimate for the work. I was surprised that the cost was lower than I expected. I thought the work would be scheduled for another day and time. To my surprise, the workers (3) began work then (4 p.m.), and the job was completed the same day.

I was somewhat disappointed because I felt like not all of the problems were addressed. I still have several sprinkler heads that are not working and my lawn is drying out and dying in theses areas. Overall I think they gave me very good service.

very well. i called another company and they told me i needed to replace the pump at a cost of 585.00, even though i had replaced the pump with them only three years ago. best of broward came out, looked at the pump and replaced the defective part. i was very pleased as they also checked my sprinkler system. i highly recommend them
