 + -1 moreCALLED IN SEPTEMBER, HE CAME OUT TO DO ESTIMATE. IT DID TAKE A FEW WEEKS TO GET BACK TO HIM BUT HE UNDERSTOOD. WE AGREED TO BUY MATERIALS AND GET SET UP. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL JIM ALMOST EVERY DAY AND HE WON'T RETURN MY CALL. I WAS TOLD AT FIRST HE WAS ON VACATION, AND THEN HE CAME BACK AND BROKE HIS HAND. ALL UNDERSTANDABLE BUT THAT WAS THREE WEEKS AGO AND I HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT THE MATERIALS THAT NEED TO BE INSTALLED AND CAN'T GET A CALL BACK.

 + -1 moreValuable ornamental plant away from house was splattered with paint. Paint splatters were left on driveway and porch. Promised repair on electric wire cover was not done. Spray painted awning. Aluminum support poles were only half painted and one side of the roof edge was not painted.
Description of Work: Exterior home & roof painting. NOTE: Member did not want service provider contacted because she did not want any type of confrontation and felt the the result of any conversation would be fruitless.
