Very very well - Jim is a quality guy who knows how to get things done on time and within the price range.

He is extremely personable. He found problems that I was not aware of and found solutions. The job was done timely and he always went the extra step.

I had called Jim in the morning, and he told me that after the present job they were on, that he could come out that same afternoon. I believe the other gentleman was his son. They were very professional, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. He looked over what had to be painted, gave me his cost, and I hired him on the spot. They were only here a short time, did a little extra for me, and got the job done. I couldn't believe how fast they were, and the painting looked wonderful. I will definitely call him again for any painting needs, and I highly recommend him.

We had a great experience. Great guy, great price, great delivery just a fantastic company. Explained the job, very nice guy very confident and goes out of his way to make you comfortable. No mess what so ever, cleaned up everything. He was an A+ guy and did everything he said he was going to.

I purchased the deal and had him come out to look at the job that needed to be done. I needed the entire room including the ceiling to be painted so there were going to be extra costs. However after I agreed to the extra costs he never got back in touch with me so he could start the job.

I called Jim for an estimate on wallpaper removal and painting. He made an appointment for Saturday AM. Called and said I know where you live and will be there in 15 minutes. One hour later he called and said he couldn't find our house. I gave directions to our house. Three hours after his original call, never did show up.

Jims is a wonderful painter! He was very punctual, went right to work and did a wonderful job. He is very reasonable in his pricing, and would highly recommend hi to anyone that needs ANYTHING painted by a professional. We had a green driveway, and wanted the color changed to a lighter color. He did a great job, made sure that no green was showing anywhere. That is really a job, but he did it to perfection. If you need something painted for a reasonable price, want it done well, and does not mess around, then this is the man to call! This is one honest, professional painter and would recommend, and use his services again..

There was a mix up on the colors that I had chosen. When I brought this up, the painter said that I was incorrect. There was an additional room that the provider did not get to. He denied that I had ever told him this. When he painted the walls in the dining room, there was paint that had dripped on the baseboards. He said that he did not have enough time, and was assuming that he was going to come back to do another room. He had purchased the wrong color as well. After he left, I've noticed that there is dried paint on mirrors, floor, and stonework. The provider had asked me to buy a more expensive paint so he only had to do a single coat, but ended up doing double coats in the rooms. He was very slow in his work, and every time I looked up, he was out in the driveway smoking a cigar. Now I have to get another painter to finish the job. There seemed to be some misunderstanding. The work that he did was fine, but there were things that I needed to have done that were not. The fact that he did not want to fix the issues, and leave the project undone was upsetting to me. Update (2/24/14): I have since discovered since posting this review that there are parts of my baseboard in the living room where it appears the paint from the wall dripped on to the baseboard. I have also discovered that where one wall ends and another begins that there are paint markings on walls that he didn't paint. So, I have a green wall and a white trim with yellow paint on it. He also got paint and splatterings all over a dining room mirror that I cannot remove. Would not use again, and his work is very sloppy in areas.

They seem to be down-to-earth, very honest, and they know what they were doing. They took care of the work and it was fine. Their response was quick and they did that extra step to call me back to go over their prices mean and offer a possible discount to get the job started.

They pressure washed the outside of the house, caulked the entire house to include cracks/separations between the house and walkways, sealed the walls, primed and applied two coats of premier paint to the house to include a contrasting color to the trim and front door. This included the outside shower and shed. I was away when they did all this work and my wife did all the coordination. I was very much surprised and pleased when I got home to see the wonderful job Jim Maines company had done. A wonderful job worth every penny! Thank you!

All went very well i had to push my date back because of schedule, but Jim was very accommodating. My rooms look great.

His paint job is superior. Price was also very reasonable for the for the paint job. I would recommend him in a heart beat for exterior painting.

Great. Punctual, professional. Made recommendations that would be money saving. He also did many "extras" to the house that were not included in the price but were greatly appreciated. You don't see that often these days.

He was a wonderful worker, enthusiastic, displayed knowledge of the job we wanted done, willingly did the work to make if look nice. He determined a second coat would be best, so did it without extra charges, and the outcome will be super. YES, we plan on having him come back to do further painting in the very near future. He was SUPER!

Jim was punctual with his estimate. He scheduled the job to seal and spray paint all overhang. He taped off the roof and walls of the house. Sealer and paint look great. He cut in all the walls after spray painting. He was neat, cleaned up everything. Other than new paint, one wouldn't know he was even here. His final charges were in line with the estimate.

Jim scraped and filled holes on garage floor. Sealed floor with sealer and 2 coats of epoxy floor paint. Painted front door both sides with multiple coats of paint. Very hard worker and suggests ways to improve your project. I would certainly highly recommend.
