I bought a big deal for this service and I got a quote, but I did not use them. They scared the h*ll out of me. I also hired three other companies who told me the same thing. This company was the first one to tell me I had a lot of rodent issues. They told me I had a lot of openings. He scared me a lot and told me I had too many holes. He gave me two options, I think. I thought I would check with other people and that it was not that expensive. Each of them was pretty expensive and I did not get a reasonable quote from anybody.

Loretta was very professional and so were the technicians that came to the house.

Troy is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. He has come back to re-kill ants that came back to life, and never complains.

Eddie did a great job. Explained everything with details.

It is truly same day service. The representative that assisted me was pleasant and professional. She took the time to explain their services and listened to my situation to ensure I received the best service. The serviceman that came to the house was punctual and professional. Explained everything he was doing and was knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and/or family.

The agent, Troy, was informative, answered all my questions. He was on time and displayed professionalism at all times.

Great Response, ON time. Loretta easy to work with . The Tech great. Having some continued droppings, Not concerned as their guarantee is well laid out. Will have the tech back in thirty days. We used this company a second time on a rental property. They were early, on time.

Troy arrived on time, determined our needs based on thorough inspection and presented options for services. We determined that all services presented were valuable. He returned that afternoon and completed all requested services promptly.

Troy treated my house for ants, and set bait boxes out for rats in the barn. He came back right away, when the ants did, and treated it again. No ants now. When I called about the rat that ran down the barn aisle, he re-baited the two traps, but the rats must really like that stuff. I guess I need a grown cat from the rescue to take care of them! (My house cats are too old for that activity!)

This was by far the oddest experience i have with a vendor. The customer support over the phone was very professional and they were definitely very kind...everything went fine until the day that the technician/ pest controller came to the property. He inspected the attic (open the small door on the ceiling) he looks around and he pointed to a random power line and said ... the mice are coming from somewhere ... they can come from anywhere ... (really ? I did not know) ... here for $ 2000 (1000 for termite and another 700 for the mice) I fix your termite issues ... and kill the mice... Termite? ... I tended the house 8 months ago .. .The inspection was for mice not termite.... ... Well after trying to sell me both services directly without the Company in between ... telling me some b******** about structural damages ... and things I already knew ... I kindly invited him to just leave... It was very disappointing, unethical and I would say odd overall. I just wasted $ 40 ... nothing promised happened .. just a sale pitch .. Don't use this provider. overpriced .. just go to home Depot .. or Lowe's to get some baits... for $ 5 and fix yourself.

We have used this pest service provider for the past 3 years with no problems until today. We had an annual agreement for a one time visit each year to do indoor and outdoor pest control spraying for $315. The service rep was scheduled to arrive between 12pm-1pm today. Unfortunately he arrived an hour late and never called to let us know he was going to be late. He completed all work in about 30 minutes. When he asked me to pay, I presented the posted Angieslist 10% coupon that they offer. He called the office and they requested to speak to me. I spoke with their service rep Alissa who told me that you could only use this coupon one time and we used it back in 2009. I then explained that these terms and conditions were not stated on the coupon offer. The coupon clearly states "10% off for any annual service". There are no other terms and conditions associated with this offer. She then placed me on hold and then connected me with her supervisor Loretta. Loretta then explained that our $315 quoted price was actually a discounted price from a price of $375. I explained that the coupon text did not stipulate any terms and conditions related to annual contract discount fees. SHE THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I would not recommend using this company unless you get everything in writing first. They are late, rude, and have recently become very unprofessional.

I placed an emergency service call after spotting large ants which I suspected to be "carpenter ants." There was apparent wood damage behind one of my walls and regular ant chemicals were not effective in killing these ants. A tech arrived on site and indicated the ants were "red ants" not "carpenter ants" and the treatments for each type were entirely different. The tech treated for "red ants." The following week, my pest control service which does not have emergency service on the weekends came out for our regular service. I showed them the ants I saved and they confirmed the ants I had were in fact "carpenter ants." I contacted Loretta in the main office in St. Pete to describe this situation and she was abrupt and unwilling to provide any type of concession after I spent close to $300 for the "wrong treatment." Due to a missed diagnosis, total lack of professionalism and refusal to make concessions, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were on time and did everything they said they would do. We have seen the ants problem going away. Also, the person (believe it was John) he was awesome.

Andy, the representative in the Miami area, sprayed all the exposed wood in our attic, and in the crawl space under the house. He used inserted foam around all the door frames in the house. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He has come back later at no charge to spray new wood being used in a construction project in our home. It is rare that I find a company that gives the kind of customer service that Suncoast does.

They came within an hour of my call. The technician was knowledgeable, polite and professional. I have a year to call them back if I have any more animals.

They did good job. He said I would hear when the trap door shuts. And when they were done they would close the opening.
