Dave came to my house right on time, listened to my concerns, and promptly evaluated the issue. He took his time, pointed out areas around my home that could be contributing to the problem, and then sprayed and did all he had to do inside and outside of my home. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I have worked with Suncoast before and have been pleased with their work . I have a one year contract with them and will be able to contact them whenever needed during the term of the contract

He said it would take at least 7 days before we would see a difference. The very next day I noticed we had no more ants trailing in the kitchen or bathroom. Best ever. We have been battling ants for months and now they are gone.

Terrible. They did not want to be there, did not do their job and claimed we did not need any pest control. We saw bugs when he left. We tried repeatedly to get them to come back or at least respond but they ignored our messages for months. I ended having to hire someone else.

It was good, they are with us for more than 2 years.

Very poor service. No show for appointment. Said they had no record or notes of any appointments for me and no apologies for that . Also $165.00 for one visit is eXtremely expensive. Kept saying different things about what was ncluded in the offer. When I asked for another appointment they said they had no mornings available!

Went great on initial hire, had rats in my rentals attic. They set up traps, rat proofed a bunch of stuff on roof and gutters, everything I would expect. Said they would come back every 2 weeks and remove traps and set new ones with the yearly contract I would pay $500 for. Sounded like a deal. Then my tenants called me a month later saying the house smelled really bad, and they had to go into attic and remove a bunch of dead rats from rat traps. I called them and was like ***, you said he would be out to remove etc.. they apologized, set appointment for guy to come back and set new traps... he did and then he disappeared again, never came back, and this went on a few times before I gave up. Then 8 months after having talked or seen them they have the nerve to call up and tell me I need to renew the contract for this year. Told them where to stick it.

He was very knowledgeable. I was really impressed with how he took the time to explain the process and even investigate the cause of the problem. He was very professional and made it an easy process.

It was good. The response was very prompt. Service was good. They showed up on time. They answered all our questions. I will actually keep doing business with them.

The inspection was done with professionalism and was able to find that no rodents activity was found.

AMAZING! Victor was early - hooray! - and the most courteous employee rep. He was lovely! And did a neat and thorough job in my house, ceiling, and perimeter. No stone was left unturned! Good. Hard to say more as we did not have a big problem with roaches, A few times we saw single ones and thought it best to immediately address the situation. Since their visit, we have not seen any .

I highly recommend Suncoast. They are the only pest company I will use. Troy is the exterminator who performed both the subterranean and dry wood termite services in my home. He is very friendly, knowledge, and explained everything to me in detail. Troy is always on time for my appointments, and completes the services quickly. Unlike other companies I've used, this company really cares.

This company is very reasonable with their prices and honest. They came once and I have not seen one crawling creature inside and outside my home.

Very well, professional. In addition to the rodent inspection, I received an inspection for termites and an estimate in termite prevention.

At this time, my house is bed bug free. I am pleased.

I should say at the outset, that I should have listened to the original pest inspection report by another company and had the house fumigated (tented). While the SunCoast workers were polite and informative, their spray treatment in an attic that has limited accessibility, proved to be ineffective. They advised me against tenting, saying that only kills existing termites and does not prevent future infestation. This is likely their general message since they only provide "no-tent termite control". Now to their credit, SunCoast provides a 1 year warranty, so I can call them back for follow-up sprayings, but I ultimately decided to have the house tented by another company. SunCoast's "no tent" approach was not the best prescription for our situation, and I wish they would have been more clear about the limitations. The expensive "spray into the attic" approach was messy - some of the liquid later dripped out of a bathroom fan unit and I have one area where the liquid stained the ceiling. The first SunCoast worker showed up at the wrong address, so was very late by the time he made it to the correct location.

The tech, Troy, was on time and a pleasure to work with.

They were on time. Seemed thorough. Did not push to buy extras. Straightforward and honest.

They didn't find anything but there was potential for something so they recommended preventative treatment for the house and preventative treatment for rodents. They did okay and inspected everything.

Inspection was thorough. Rep was patient, answered all of my questions, and made recommendations that seemed appropriate for my circumstances. Rep showed up on time and called prior to arrival. I will contact them again if the need arises
