Description of Work: We had an issue with a rogue rat that got into our house through our roof. They were able to deal any entry points and set traps, eventually catching the disgusting beast in our attic. In doing so, Alex noticed some termite damage, and we set up a treatment for that right away. Alex showed up on time each of the four times he came out, was very friendly and professional each time.

Description of Work: Placed traps in attic, added screening to attic veents, inspected all roof vents, placed bait stations on both sided of house. An excellent job. Alex the technician was very good at explaining what he was doing and why. Has solved the problem.

Description of Work: They treated my termite problem without having to tent the house, which I consider huge. Showed up on time, drilled a few small holes in walls, inserted chemicals in the walls and (from all indications) solved the problem. Renewal of an annual insurance contract with them is inexpensive, meaning if the termites ever return, the problem is taken care of.

He clearly explained to me how he was going to treat the infestation and what chemicals he would be using.
