They came ready to make a repair, when my understanding with the deal was that they were going to check the system to see if there were any repairs that needed to be done. There was a water leak and he took pictures of it. He then called his supervisor and started giving me quotes.

I first spoke with Luis over the phone, and he sent out a technician the next day to see the job, and within 2 days after that he sent me over a quotation, which turned out to be the best price I got. Once I paid my deposit for the work he ordered the equipment and had men and materials on the job the following monday. Installation went smoothly, his men were cooperative about minor adjustments that needed to be made and also with working around our business needs. When they were done, they cleaned up and even came out to make a minor repair when an issue came up a few days later. the installation was good quality, the men showed up with the right tools and equipment to do the job.

I call them up and they day they were there to remove the old unit and installed a new one. I had obtained several price quotes and they were by far offering the lowest pricing. My house is now cool, the work was done expeditiously and the work area was left pristine clean. I am totally satisfied with the work provided by Premier.

Superior service from the first contact. I understood exactly how they priced the work and they installed a unit (and cleaned up afterwards!). Great service all around. I collected 3 different quotes for this work and Premier was very competitive in terms of price and by far the most responsive.

Business needs help to deal with phone calls.

I called multiple times and finally got an estimate scheduled. I waited and hour, I called, and then waited again for 2 hours and no one ever showed up for the appointment or called. I don't think I want to hire them because if they can't show up for an estimate I can't trust that they'll show up for installing the unit.

He was professional, knowledgable and able to complete the job with our little kids following him around like a bunch of ducklings! We tried to fix the a/c unit by replacing the fuses. I didn't know there were More fuses! He was great. Definitely using this company again.

I got in touch with Premier Air Conditioning one afternoon and they were able to send one of their technicians to the home the next day. I spoke with Maria and Luis over the phone to coordinate the appointment and they were both very helpful. The technician came to the home and was able to diagnose a problem that was preventing the air conditioning unit from functioning properly for weeks. The tech proceeded to fix the problem and got the air conditioner to function properly again. Given that Premier was able to come to the home the next day after I contacted them, diagnose what the problem was with the AC, and fix the problem, I was happy to pay $141 for their services. My impression is that Premier is run smoothly and efficiently. The employees there are problem solvers that try to satisfy their customers. I would certainly consider calling them in the future if I had a problem with an air conditioner.

I purchased a coupon deal from Angie's List and called just before the New Year holiday and wanted to get the service performed that same week. While other providers were not willing to accomodate my request that same week, Premier was very responsive and called me back the same day and scheduled the appointment. On the day of the appointment, the service person called when he was on his way, and showed up around the agreed time. He performed the service and was very professional. I would definitely recommend them to others.

He did a very good job replace the wiring and tested it.

I was very pleased with the job done. The timing was all bad with Thanksgiving just a couple of days before hosting a feast at my house. Premier came through and saved the day. They were pretty spot on with the quote. In the end the AC repair guy went above and beyond the call of duty.

Service was performed quickly and professionally. Luis from the office is great. He works very hard to make sure all the service is done at the indicated time and that the client is happy.

The technician came to check the a/c per appointment: prompt, courteous and proficient. I am very happy with the service provided. Will definitely recommend them.

Very uncomfortable flet ripped off and conned in a good cop-bad cop scenerio.

It turned out OK. I wasn't there, the tenant was there, so I cannot describe really. But, they came out, gave me an estimate and everything was fine. $39 was the final cost for the service. They were supposed to give me an estimate, which they did, and I just paid for the service.

One of our AC units had been making a strange banging noise for a while to the point where we turned it off completely. Considering that this is South Florida, living in that condition for too long can become hazardous quickly. Premier Air Conditiong was very quick to respond and had a technician over the very next day. He was very prompt and respectful. He checked the unit and immediately found the problem. He replaced the defective part, checked the functioning of our other AC unit, and was on his way. We would most certainly use their services again.

I recently purchased an Angie's List voucher for an AC evaluation through Premier. Orlando showed up promptly at the time agreed to; performed a full evaluation and made the appropriate repairs the same day at a reasonable cost. Mike followed up the following day to address another issue. Once again. . . prompt, courteous, and reasonably price. Luis followed up with me personally after both visits. Will definitely use them again when needed, and gladly recommend them for your next AC project.

I give Premier Air an excellent rating in both the estimate process and the actual installation of my new A/C unit. I first called Premier about 6:30 in the afternoon and the women who answered the phone told me they were closed but would send a message to the sales manager to see if he could give me a call. 15 minutes later I received a call from Luis Martinez and we discussed my situation and went over some options to replace my full A/C (13 years old ) and sent me some quotes that same evening. He told me that he would have someone available the next day if I wanted to go ahead with any of the options he had proposed. I emailed him some questions that night and he replied first thing in the morning and called me at 8:15 to discuss what he had sent me. Throughout the day we have several conversations where he answered all my questions and modified the quotes as I asked for changes. He also quoted me for repairing my system so I could compare that option vs. a total replacement. I finally decided on replacing my full system after he was able to mix and match the components to get it to the price point I needed and he scheduled a tech to visit my home the very next morning to check my house and make sure they would be prepared for the installation. The 2 techs arrived right on time and immediately got to work, they were very courteous and took the time to explain what they were doing and answer my questions. Where they excelled was when they found a few issues with the current installation, they found a return line that was kinked (hidden by the insulation ) and a corroded low voltage line that worked but in time would probably cause problems. They could have just left these hidden items as is but actually took the time to make them known to me and fix them, they replaced the kinked line and changed out the corroded wire with new wire without any additional charge for the extra work. They definitely took the time to do the job right to make sure it was a quality installation. Several days later the system is working great and the house is very comfortable and i am very happy with my new system that was recommended by Luis at Premier Air. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

I was very pleased and surprised to receive a call and appointment in less than 24 hours from my purchase through Angies list. The technician was very professional and polite. He answered my questions and serviced my system so that I can be confident it is in top running order. I will keep the contact info handy for future.

Christian sent a guy over to see the job on the day I contacted them. By the next day I received a estimate. The estimate was competitive to other companies I contacted, so I went with Premier. The other companies gave me a estimate without even seeing the job. The employees that came to do the job were very respectful. I have no complaints for this company. They came and did the job in the timeframe they said they were gonna do it, and they cleaned after themselves after every day. When I'm finished remodeling my offices I have plans to use Premier to come back to do some work for me. I am very happy with there service.

Excellent. We anticipated a big job, read that big bucks!!! Instead the repairman checked out the entire AC ,. said it was in good condition and that there was nothing more that needed to be done. After purchasing the Angie's list coupon, I called the company directly and explained that our AC was out so I would need a technician ASAP. They got right back with me to schedule an appt. The technician arrived exactly when he said he would be there. He clearly explained the problem. Excellent job. Professional, Punctual and Prompt. Can't ask for more!!!
