My air conditioner leaks water. When I called near December 2015 I had to call and call. They were really not interested in speaking to me. When I finally spoke to someone, they said they needed to clean the coils for $450+, as they told me when I got the tune up. I don't recall that. I found my bill - it did in fact recommend cleaning coils - didn't say why or $450+. Need to find someone that will fix my AC - I not just drop in for $65 and leave, not to return phone calls. I picked them because of the good Angie's List reviews.

Everything went fine and the service technician was quick and professional. My only negative comment is that I was not left a receipt at the time the work was performed. This has happened twice with this company. In order to receive a paper receipt you must contact the company and they will e-mail it to you. They do this promptly after you contact them, but otherwise, you don't have a receipt for the work.

A/C Check up Details: The Guys and Gals at Premier were absolutely amazing. I have a very tight schedule, was in another city and trying to set up the check up remotely and with a third party. Luis was great, he got me on the schedule for the day after I purchased the Big Deal from Angies List and coordinated with my mother in law for the A/C check up. They had no problem issuing the correct insurance certificate for my apartment building. The technician was on time for the appointment and was very efficient. They advised me that the coil needed to be cleaned and attempted to accommodate my limited schedule by trying to get the cleaning done the same day. Due to condo regulations the cleaning had to be rescheduled. About a week after the service my A/C turned off, I was notified by my realtor and I immediately called Premier to schedule a visit and also the coil cleaning. Luis again was great, he got me on the schedule immediately and made sure it worked for me. It turned out that the humidistat had been turned up too high by the previous technician, but that was an easy fix. The technician was again punctual, I had no idea that so much work would be involved in cleaning the coils of the air handler..... wow, he really worked hard to get that thing out. The company made arraignments to clean the coil at their office due to my condo's regulations. When the technician came back he installed the coil efficiently, made sure he cleaned up his area and was very polite. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for A/C repair or check up. They were fair, honest, and most importantly they communicated with me and accommodated my schedule.

The did a awesome job. My house was built in the 60's and it had some old A/C or furnace system there than ran off gas. Even though it was inoperable they took the old system out including the duct work. Being that the closet was to small that the inside unit was to go in, they had to take off the door frame and some of the extra wood so it could be wide enough to support the unit. when the sale rep initially came out he explained to me that that needed to be done and that they wouldn't repair or replace the frame, I was okay with it. overall the did and awesome job and I would definitely use them again.

I had a very positive experience with Premier. They were on time and on budget. The people I dealt with were also professional and punctual. While the quote was not the cheapest, it was within 10% of competitors and I feel I made the right choice given their reliable customer service. I think more than anything, for a busy person who values his/her time, the fact that Premier was on time when they needed to be on site for the estimate and install was a huge positive for me. I recommend them highly.

He fixed the problem (unclogged the drain line). I then asked him to do a check-up on the second unit before it gave any problems. He came on time and took care of the problem and the unit is now cooling fine. The reason I did not give an "A" to the item "Responsiveness" was because I never got a response to my initial contact (by email through Angie's List); I had to call a day later, and then a technician came. This occurred in March. In April I needed to call them a second time to my house. Again, no response to my email, and again I had to call by telephone. There seems to be a problem in the communication/email set up for this provider in Angie's List... Luis was very friendly on the phone and the technician was professional.

We are in the process of evaluating a condo to rent, and the AC was rather loud. Prior to signing the lease, we wanted to make sure that the AC unit wasn't going to fail or give us problems. Having so many choices in AC service companies, I'm glad that we were able to chose Premier Air Conditioning after reading the reviews on Angie's List. The phone staff (including Luis Martinez--the owner) were very friendly and sent out Leo within two hours of the call. Leo took the AC unit apart and did an amazing job at finding major problems with the unit. He took the time to explain everything and sent me a digital copy of the service call report at the completion of the visit. The fee for this amazing service was ridiculously low, and we will use them again if the need arises in the future. Thanks guys--I'm really glad that I found you through Angie's list.

Excellent team! Everyone from the receptionist to the repair crew was professional and did what had to be done to get the job done. Very thorough, honest and skilled. Leo was very knowledgeable vis-a-vis workings of system and made sure he explained the problem and what needed to be done. Work was scheduled promptly. Juan Martinez was very helpful and professional with follow up and getting us the help we needed as quickly as possible. They are my go to company for AC repair and maintenance now.

Despite some electric wires protruding from the grill, the new fan has worked without a problem. No longer own the home where service was done.

He was professional and courteous. He let me know there is no possibility that leak is from AC. He checked it twice. Went outside and checked the AC UNIT. He flushed out drain line and added drain tablets.

Their service was excellent!!!! The best customer service ive ever experienced.... The fastest turn around ever.. I needed an entire ac unit replaced since the one i had was 25 years old and they came out immediately to give me an estimate after i contacted them, i was extremely happy with their quote and the following day i gave them the green light. The next morning they were at my door at 7am and by 1pm the entire job was completed with great professionalism. I really recommend this company 100%%%!!!!!

I called Premier to discuss whether it would be more cost effective to repair or replace an existing AC unit. The owner, Luis, spoke with me at length about the different options and what would make the most sense. I decided to go with a new system and Luis was able to get the unit and workers over to my place that morning to get installed before my wife had to leave. I also had to sign a rebate form, and they had someone come by my place on a Saturday to have that done. This was a great experience, and I highly recommend Premier.

Premier Air conditioning was dedicated to quality service. Despite several timeline set backs due to my electrical system, they kept the job on track and most importantly kept me informed. Without Luis' relentless followup, it would not have been as stress-free. I would recommend them.

My wife and I live in an 40-year-old condo with, until recently, a very creaky, noisy and inefficient air conditioning system. We made the mistake of calling two people before Premier Air Conditioning. One was an associate of a friend who took one look at our system and never called back or returned our calls. The other wanted cash up front. Premier Air Conditioning was third and my only regret in dealing with them is that we didn't call first. He took a look at our AC set up -- a battered unit on the roof and one in the ceiling -- took measurements and knew what to do. It took time to get the right equipment, but the installation only took two days. The pricing was upfront and, while not cheap, was definitely fair. The company was nothing less than completely professional. I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat-- as I write this on a 90-degree day, the temperature in my home office is a very comfortable 75 degrees. Thanks guys!

It took about two hours and a couple of trips between our roof and our unit for Diego to diagnose and solve the problem (which was mostly a wire communication issue in the rooftop unit, I believe). They were very professional, prompt and Diego made every attempt to be informative throughout the process. Very importantly (at least in Miami), Diego, my serviceman, is completely fluent in both English AND Spanish, meaning that he could communicate easily both with me and my building's maintenance guy. I'm still waiting for them to return to add on a plate for my new thermostat but they've been extremely prompt and responsive throughout the entire process and I have no doubt that they'll follow up as promised.

I called them up On wednesday last week, they came out on Thursday and did a complete analysis on my system- since it was not working for 1 week. They gave me my choices that I could add the cooling gas but since the system was so old it may not be beneficial to recharge the system. They gave me good price on a brand new unit, They re-arranged a technician's schedule to come out on Friday to do the installation on really short notice. Thanks to Luis who is the project manager and Xavier who came out and completed the install in one day so that I could go on my business trip on Saturday. Kudos to premier and I would use them again in the future

The technicians of Premier worked in the old a/c unit several times and the cost per visit was very reasonable. I was advised since December that my unit ultimately needed to be changed. It lasted this long with Premier occasional assistance. I requested a quote in December, which I thought was very reasonable, and allowed me to prepare for the eventual expense. It came this summer. Although this is a busy season, everything was accomplished in a timely manner. This job required lifting the condensing unit up to the roof of 3 story building with a crane. The unit is quiet and cools better than the previous one ever did. All the interactions with Premier staff in person or via telephone were productive, professional, and considerate. I dealt mostly with Luis, Maria, Joaquin, but everyone was consistently approachable, polite and efficient. I plan to continue doing business with Premier, and have already highly recommended their services to family members. Thank you to Premier for an outstanding performance, and also to Angie's List for being a reliable source.

It took them less than 5 minutes to identify the issue. Seemed that water piping was clogged so they clean it and inserted some tablets to clean the water piping further. A reasonably priced company. Great work.

I was out of town and my husband was at home. He said that everything was fine. That they are professional and punctual.

We called to make an appointment for a leaky condensation drainage pipe in our system. They said they'd come out the next day mid-morning and that they'd call 30 minutes before they arrived. Since we didn't hear from them, we had to call them 3 times and was continually told that they would be over 'soon'. They weren't polite and never offered an apology once. Just as we were going to call another company at 3pm they called to say they'd be over. They charged $85 (despite having an Angie's List coupon for $49 that they could have offered us since we didn't see it until later because they were hours late) to show up and extra to unclog the pipe. He spent about $15 minutes there and charged us over $100. Easy money for him. Avoid this company and go with someone more reliable with basic courtesy.

I worked with Luis Martinez who was my project Manager. He was very responsive and helpful. I spoke to him on a Monday and had the new unit installed on Wednesday. He advised me that the crew would be at my door at 8am. They actually arrived a little earlier. The day was a rainy one so they had to deal with some showers while trying to replace the unit outside.They promptly removed the old condenser from the closet and proceeded to install my new larger unit. i'm going from a very old school air conditioner (that no longer worked) to a new 2 stage HAC with a Nest thermostat so there was quite a bit of work to do. They worked very neatly and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Premier Air Conditioning. It was a very pleasant experience buying my new HAC from them!
