I'd give Premier AC an A+ rating, if I could. After signing up for their special offer through Angie's List, Premier Air Conditioning contacted me via email on Saturday, the same day that I took the special offer, and after a single email exchange they arrived Monday morning, on schedule. They quickly determined the problem with my unit (the fan on the outdoor unit stopped working) and replaced a part, only charging me for the part. They quickly and efficiently got the job done in less than 30 minutes. This was probably the most professional company I've worked with since moving to South Florida seven years ago.

My first call to Premier was at 7:15 am on a Saturday morning. Maria the dispatcher was courteous and very quick on finding a service tech to help us. She estimated he could get to our home about 9:00 am and the tech arrived at 9:05 am - outstanding! Jaoquin the tech was punctual, courteous and factual with the price, work to be done and finished the job promptly. I would definitely call this company again, and may set up a cleaning and maintenance schedule with them as a result of this experience.

The Manager called ahead and said that the tech was on his last job and would be on his way shortly. The Tech arrived on time diagnosed the problem, and replaced the thermostat for the quoted price. they recommenedei purchase the $39. diagnose deal to save $ on services. Way to go Premier! Thanks for your professionalism and a job well done as explained, and quote.

Called to get an estimate of repair cost as I already knew the problem. They offered great rate and arrived on site very quickly. They took care of the problem quickly and had my A/C going in no time.

Proposal and follow up by Luis Martinez was very professional. Price was competitive with two other bidders.Premier was the only company sent two of their techinicians to look at the existing old units and explain the process & work involved in replacement with new units. I think this was very professional. Two new units were delivered as scheduled and installation was competed in two days as promised. Two technicians performing work were very knowledgeable , professional and courteous . It is almost a week since the installation of new units and cooling performance is great. Replacement of air filters is little tricky due to space limitations in the closet and height of new units greater than old units by 4 inch.

Overall, a very satisfying experience. Great office staff--Great installation staff. From start to finish everything was handled very professional. Could not have been more pleased.

I had a great experience. My air conditioing unit was really old. I had never changed it and recently it began giving me problems. I called Premier Air Conditioing and Refrigeration, Inc. and got a FREE estimate. I spoke to Luis the sales manager and he was very helpful. He scheduled for a technician to come to my house the next morning. The technician who came was very knowlegable and professional. He answered all my questions and explained different options. Within a few minutes the technician got the estimate from the office in his ipad, which he then reviewed with me. The price he gave me was unmatched. We had gotten several estimates from other local companies, but Premier Air Conditioning was the best by far. I decided to do the job and now I have a new system and peace of mind because I purchased there extended labor coverage. Overall, an amzing experience in what I though would be a nightmare. I highly recommend them!

I arrived home friday from work and my air conditioning system was not cooling. It wasn't a hot day to begin with but I know in Pembroke Pines it can go from 50 to 80 in a day. So as a precautionary measure I called Premier air conditioning and asked that they come and service my unit. It was late Friday night that I called them and honestly, I was very surprised that they answered. However, they did and I told them I needed immediate assistance in looking at my ac unit. The person I spoke to was very helpful and empathetic, and she arranged for a tech to be at my house the following morning. At a very reasonable price I must say. So, the following morning a technician appeared at my door and within the hour he replaced a contactor that had gone bad on the unit, and given me a price to clean my coil which after finding out from the technician what it was, made it imperative that I clean it. Within a few hours he was finished. When he finished he called me to look at it, and the difference was amazing. That night I felt the difference in my ac. Not only because the contactor had been replaced and the unit was cooling, but the air quality was noticeable. Overall I was very very satisfied with the service. From the first lady I spoke to to the technician, and, the results were outstanding. Thank you Premier!!
