Thorough job and pleasant people

The service turned out well. They have good customer service and follow up. I am really happy with their service.

They were on time, very professional, went about their busiesss. Wanted to do a walk through to see what our concerns are, and went above and beyond. They did everything we asked them to do and more. They did a fantastic job. As a result I think we got a much better tenant because of their good job of cleaning.

2 crew people arrived toward the later side of the hour they stated they were going to so definitiely not punctual. None of the crew spoke english, had to call back service 2 times to interpret, clearly they did not understand what I was trying to emphasize Rushed the job since they underestimated the job and gave it 1.5 hours instead of the 2-3 hours it should have taken Nearly they broke the blinds in their frenzy rush of cleaning I was called while they were there stating I would have to pay extra since it was a longer job than they estimated placing the blame and fault with me, the customer.

Not satisfied.. I want a credit back to the card the service was purchased on. DO NOT want no other service from this company.

Maid Brigade Team 5 did a wonderful job. They arrived right on schedule, asked me if I had any special requests and went right to work. The ladies were very thourough and took pride in their work. I will use their services again and highly recomend them.

Pricing appears to be competitive. Very professional company that has been very receptive and responsive to my needs. So, very exceptional in this regard Cleaning wise, things are good. Some dust in left in areas (I suppose no one will clean it as perfectly as the owner) but I would say they do the key areas well. Especially the kitchen. So, I continue to use them.

It went Great. They two ladies were very proffesioal and kind.

The two house cleaners arrived on time and were very courteous. I showed them the bathrooms and mirrors that I wanted cleaned. I made the mistake of not telling them that the guest bathrooms was a priority as I was expecting house guests. I had purchased from Angie's List a $99.00 offer to have 3 total hours of cleaning. The mirrors were cleaned very well. The master bath was cleaned adequately. The cleaners were running short on time and the guest bath was not cleaned very well at all. In fact, I had to totally re-clean the bathroom. After inspecting the master bathroom, I found that the medicine cabinets had been totally emptied and cleaned, not leaving time to clean the guest bath. I have given the company my feedback. Re-Clean on Friday, November 16, 2012: Maid Brigade offered a re-clean that I reluctantly accepted. The ladies just left and they did an amazing job. I am amazed that they were able to clean as much as they did, in the time allotted. thank you, Maid Brigade, for convincing me to do the re-clean. Update 11/17/2012 I had not read the note from the company when I updated this review. Maid Brigade said, "Since the areas that were cleaned were done properly it shows that our quality is up to par." I want to make it clear that the first cleaning was NOT done properly. However, I was happy with the re-clean.

Very well! I am very satisfied and they are superior to other services I had before.

It went very well, In the future I will provide specif cleaning products, just because I have wood floors,but they did a great job, were very polite and professional.

If you ask for a specific team, they don't provide it, they don't honor that request, because sometimes you wanted somebody that you trust in your house. They don't clean the closet or under the bed unless you specifically request them to. They'll miss the window sills too unless you check that, so if you're checking through, and you find out that they did not do that you got to tell them to do it. They use green products, which is a good thing but the green products don't clean as well, the ones that they use don't clean very well.

I've been using them for 20 years. They do a nice job.

They are one of those vendors that takes care of things and you do not have to worry about anything. They do a wonderful job with no hassle. There has never been any issues since we have started using them. I highly recommend them. We have been using them around 10 or 11 years.

My wife had a couple of complaints. They made up for that when they came back. I think they have done a good job for us. They have always been very good with scheduling. They are always on time.

They do a fine job. They come when they say they are coming they do their best to work with scheduling if needed.

.I use them every other week. There is usually a crew of two ro three gals and when they are done they leave a postcard that you rate them and send back to the company. They welcome feedback. I've had no complaints and there were a couple times I thought they did an exceptionally good job and I called the company and let them know. It is usually the same ladies that come here and if there is anything special I would like them to do I just point it out to them and they do it. They haven't reached their price in like four years.

i was in a bind with company arriving and needed my house cleaned quickly. Maid Brigade was recommended to me and they were responsive to my dilemna . They arrived at my house the next day. Cleaning done quickly and professionallyl.Prices were competitve and I now use them on a regular basis...no complaints, just let them know what you need done.
