Maid Brigade

I have them every two weeks. I think they've probably been coming here 6 years. They would do windows, but then that would be a separate charge. They do a wonderful job.

On 8/31/2016, I asked the 3 person team to not skip the corners. I pointed out two corners that had been skipped before. I thought their English was probably as good as my Spanish, not good. Before they left I discovered they had neglected to dust, to me, an obvious area. I pointed, they dusted. This I rarely do. After they left, my A/C was failing to cool so I checked the big floor level intake vent. I discovered no vacuuming in this area even as I remembered one of the three had moved the furniture that obscured this area. Surely she would have seen the cat hair dust bunnies, dried cat puke on floor and rug, and the fur clogged intake vent? I called MB. A second team came the next day. I requested spot cleaning of the rug, dust an upper shelf, kitchen cabinet where is was a foot wide area of white smudge and vacuum the livingroom rugs. I did not mention vacuuming under the coffee table( only in my dreams does that happen). I had cleaned the cat puke. I left the 2 person crew alone. After they left I noted a small oriental rug askew, a fine layer of black dirt/dust under the carpet liner. I thought as I straightened it, poor quality carpet liner. It is turning to dust. I immediately swept up the astonishing amount of dust. But the carpet liner refused to turn to dust. I called MB and reported spontaneous dust formation. It has been 5 days. My carpet liner still refuses to turn to dust. No more spontaneous dust formation. MB offers apologies but no sensible reason. Note to self: EXPECT RETRIBUTION IF YOU CRITICIZE MAID BRIGADE.

The two women who came to do the cleaning were very nice. One of the women worked harder than the other. She did a good job on cleaning the bathrooms. The other woman walked around and dusted around things. When I asked her to do a few specific things, like dust the base of my dining room table, she said she would but did not. I felt that these women were more like hotel room cleaners who pick up extra money on days off.

paid for 3 hours of service. 2 people came to house. Did not know that I had paid for maid hours. After 1.5 hours they wanted more money to finish the job. I feel the ad was misleading.

Price range given in advanced and adhered to. 3 cleaners came--did not speak much English, but 1 of them understood English and spoke a little--enough to communicate. They come within the time range, and immediately got down to business. They cleaned by 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment from top to bottom including ceiling fans, inside of windows, sliding glass door, and balcony, and did an excellent job. I have used them in the past,and I would definitely have them back again. The cleaners were very professional, and the people in the office were very professional and accomodating when I called.

They were completely clueless. The driver took forever to navigate simple parking downtown. The company should know that the buildings downtown do not allow valets to park cars with wrap or magnets. I had to pay the parking for the car--the driver did not know how to use a meter. The overall cleaning job was just okay. The vacant apartment was certainly not spic and span clean. It was marginally acceptable.

They sent 2 ladies who did a great job and very nice. I would definitely use them again.

They are really competent and delivers a good service. You pay per cleaner/hour - we usually have 2 cleaners at a time for around 2-3 hours. So the cost varies. They are mostly Spanish speaking cleaners but I found that if I ask the company they send me someone who can speak and understand English which helps a lot as my Spanish is non-existing.

The first time they didn't use bleach because it's a toxic chemical. The second time I provided the bleach and today's visit. They are good my only problem with them is scheduling. They are responsive.

The cleaning was basic and not as thorough as I had hoped. They missed some spots in the bathroom. Overall though it was a good experience as it was easy to schedule. The company promptly followed up and offered me a good deal on a monthly service. I will use maid brigade again.

Showed up late, missed corners, mirrors streaked, etc. An average cleaning. Nothing exceptional. Very nice people tho and very professional.

Details: Do not know how to make a bed. Do not move items on suraces and clean those items. Do not move very light furniture and clean floor underneath. Do no open living room verticals to clean floor and when I did there was a dead centipede and dead ants ..Do not open kitchen blinds and lift to clean under them behind the sink Do not get the mildew out of my bathroom shower when I told home office about it Came today at 11:05 when my scheduled time was 12-2, good thing I was home as no one tried to call me to tell me otherwise. My very first "major" cleaning they ditd not do what they said they would and clean out cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. Then when I alerted them they said they would come back and make good, but I work and they had to do it at the next Saturday cleaning. They STILL did not clean each cabinet!!!! No one understands ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tell them they have to change the towels in my bathroom, I put them out for them and they STILL do not put them on the towel bars. They twice did not clean my kitchen desk unitl told to do so When they had the vacuum cleaner on their back each time they turned around in my hallway they smacked my newly painted walls. Thank goodness I did not have family photos back up on the walls. I put out leather cleaner for my couches and do not believe they used it on my family room couches. They merely wipe down shower walls and do not scrub to get up soap scum. They left my kitchen mat today int he middle of the floor instead of at my sink where it was when they moved it to clean the floor. They do not have enough brain cells to look at an open coffee maker w/grinds in it and clean it out. I was promised the same crew each week so they could get used to cleaning my house on a weekly basis and never got that. Each time I had to reintroduce the new crew to my house, show them around, etc. Very annoying to have to babysit each time. More, but too annoying to go on. I feel Andies List should not advertise Maid Brigade as they are nothing but liars!

I was given a window of time, and they literally showed up minutes before the window expired. I have no complaints about the actual cleaning services. They were polite and cleaned the house well.

They are dependable and reliable, coming when they say they will. I find when I leave them a note with any specific things I would like done, they are very accommodating.

I just terminated the services yesterday. I used them for many years. The cleaning is satisfactory and they do come on time. I have had trouble with them not being careful in my home as they have broken items, and put a gash in my wall, as well as not being careful with the rest of my home. This happened way too often and I was sad to discontinue the service after all these years but it had to be done.

When I first started with the service they were fantastic. There were three visits in a row and the service was not as good as it had been in the past. They started not doing the full hour and a half that I initially had and I said I would like a discount as they were charging for more time than they were doing. Three more cleanings went by and the service was not good as well. The most recent time they sent three girls and it was done well so I have had mixed experience with them. They only cut the rate on the most recent service but they said they would do that after I called and asked for a discount initially.

They are excellent. I have used them for about 5 years. The cost is well worth it. They will do extra work with extra cost if needed. I am happy with them.

The service has been okay. I have had to give the home office instructions on what I need done and they do not communicate that well to the employees. It is difficult to communicate with the cleaners as they do not speak much English. The service has been okay but I would like it if it was easier to communicate with everyone from the company.

The service is always good. I have used them for about for three years. They are prompt and reliable.
