They were here less than an hour and did a great job. The problem were burnt wires within the washer that may have been caused because of several power outages I had during a one week period. I have since rescheduled them to come install two porch lights. Rare professionalism which is unusual in miami.

Very happy with the service. Two electricians came both were professional and got the work done quickly. They even offered to clean up after finishing the work. They put up 4 light fixtures on the ceiling and one chandelier in no time. Also the dispatch personnel where professional and explained the charges clearly. Would definitely recommend Alex Electric services.

I was called back within a couple of days of paying for the service to arrange a time for them to come out. I still needed to buy the outdoor flood lights I wanted them to install, so i was not ready yet. I called them once I got those lights and set-up an appointment. The 2 technicians arrived on time and all went well. They were friendly, professional, clean and definitely able to perform their job. They even gave me the consideration to determine the direction of the lights and the time I wanted the motion lights to stay on which I thought was really considerate. I also had an indoor recessed light that needed an adaptor. One of the techs took the time to go to 2 hardware stores to find it. Unfortunately he didn't but Alex Electric will locate it for me and they will be coming back to repair that light and also install other outdoor flood lights. I was very happy with their office and service operation. Great company!

He was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, timely and cleaned up well afterward. He knew what he was doing and was very quick. I would use him again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend him!

Two men crew arrived right on time. Actually the office had called me in the morning and confirmed the time. They also called while they were on their way. I had bought a two hour coupon at a great price. They promptly took down the old chandelier. The new chandelier required more work to put together. I knew it was not an easy installation job as when I bought it online the reviews said it was difficult. Julio and his partner were very efficient and knew exactly what to do. I know now who to call when I need electrical work.

It went well fairly easy to do

Unfortunately because I do not have open circuit breakers another method for surge protection had to be used which offers no coverage if the surge protection fails. Having had FPL dystroy my air conditioner I was looking for an alternative to paying 10 dollars per month for that protection, which FPL does at the meter. I was lucky FPL paid for the airconditioner because it was there fault. Had it been a lightning strike which caused the surge I would have been out of luck and out over 2K. There was a miscommunication with the company over the fact that there was no coverage if the surge protector failed using an alternative method when you have no open circuits and ultimately I had to turn down the service. Accordingly, I would highly recommend getting the service either from this company if you have two open circuits or from FPL if you don't.

The provider ignored the multiple attempts to set up appointment for installation. When they finally showed up a week later and unscheduled at 7:30pm they did not bring the necessary parts. Agreed on a next day installation that never happened. After calling again to find out what happened I spoke to Alex who showed total lack of interest or attention to this business. He simply said he would have to order the part and would contact me. 2 weeks later I still have yet to hear from them. I found the part myself readily available in Amazon. I am cancelling this order and will never use them again.

I called and spoke with Alex to schedule the appointment. I told him to come Friday anytime after 12. I waited all day and he never showed up nor called to let me know he wasn't coming.

Had to call back twice and everything was fixed

Alex Electric Service Inc is excellent. They are very reliable and on time. They are also polite and professional.

They came, they did what they have to do and there was no trouble. They were professional and I didn't really see them. They went to do the job and then they came to the door, accepted the money and they left.

ok, but there were some quality issues.

We contacted Alex after knowing him for years. He has done other work for us in the past, completing each job professionally and inexpensively. Working in both English and Spanish, Alex and his good crew is responsive and responsible. We have tried others in the past and find him to be the best in the Springs.

They came when they said they were coming, they worked fast and were friendly, and even, as a favor, changed a bulb for me without my asking them. They have to come three times (due to the inspectors wrong information), and were always friendly and polite.

Unbelievably difficult to contact. I first called him June 13, 2006. Alex's secretary kept telling me he'd call back, but he never did. After half dozen tries at 8:30 am (when she said to call) I managed to speak to him, telling him exactly what was needed. He guessed $4,000 and promised to come by in a week to look at the house. 3 weeks later after several more calls he didn't return, I told the secretary I'd give up if I didn't see him in 2 days. He came by in 2 days, and looked the place over, and said he could do a "much" better price by not doing flat, rate as I asked. The estimate came today (Aug 3) $3,000 (due within 10 days) for part of the job. He didn't include materials, or labor for the wiring, and guessed he could do 10 outlets per day. Labor cost 2 men $88 per hour, 3 men $115 per hour (No mention whether 2 or 3 men do the 10 outlet per day, or how many hours is 'a day'.) My best guess is the total price would be $11,000. I'm looking for another electrician.

THEY WERE HERE AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WORKED VERY QUICKLY. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS EXCELLENT. THEY HAD A VERY GOOD PRICE COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES.

I WOULD SAY THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT WITH EMERGENCY TYPE SITUATIONS. I FELT THE PRICE WAS FAIR COMPARED TO THE DANGERS OF THE JOB HE PERFORMED FOR ME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

THE WORK THAT WAS DONE WAS OKAY. THE ONE PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THE CREW DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. I COULDN'T REALLY TELL THEM WHAT I NEEDED FIXED BECAUSE I COULDN'T COMMUNICATE WITH THEM.
