Alex Electric Service sent two employees who did not speak English .. Had to try and convey my requirements by phone calls... They wound up disconnecting power from FPL and engaging my generator.. No issues identified... no maintenance agreement offered... no consultation... I was billed for their "service"...

excellent work. it was a tough assignment as the house has a flat roof/no attic and the main box is in the house. they found the perfect solution, fully wired, and the men were extremely pleasant and covid compliant. many thanks to nicholas and his colleague.

Problem identified quickly - repair was performed during the same visit and the price was right.

I spoke with Alex and texted him my address on Friday he said ok and would let me know what time he would come on Monday to do the job. He never called back and after multiple texts and phone call he did not respond. This company is unreliable and I don’t recommend them at all.

It went super well. The entire staff was very professional from the owner, to office staff to the workers. Highly recommend Alex Electric. They were great!!!

They gave us a quote for 2 electricians at $130.00 hour, tried to make the appointment but they refused to return a phone call or email. Do not depend or expect professional results from this company. Highly disappointing.

It was really tricky and they had to come three times, but finally they found the problem and fixed it. They were very professional.

They were engaged and on time to the appointment, the installation was done properly and the electricians were friendly. They came in checked the location of the electrical box, mocked the location of the outlet and confirmed with me if it was what I wanted. Then they started wiring and as they were on the install we decided the bump the capacity of the wiring and breaker to future proof the installation. I got their invoice via email a few days after and it was within the range of what was discussed over the phone on during our first call. I would definitely hire them again for future electrical projects!

They gave me a good price and did what they said they would do. They also helped with the design which was really helpful.

The two electricians from Alex Electric Service that came over were excellent. Courteous, professional and able to immediately diagnose the problem. They fixed it quickly, in about 45 minutes. They brought the parts with them, too. They installed the smoke alarm, but they did not stay behind to see if it was working and we ended up having to disconnect it and buy another, battery operated one. As it turns out, the location of our fire alarm is too close to the A/C vent and it provokes sensitive alarms not to function properly. But this was not the electricians fault.

It went really well. One man did the work the other assisted him and cleaned up any debris and closed up any hole they made. I will def. use again in the future and let my friends and family know. Highly recommend.

Service was exceptional! All of my questions were answered. The team nearly worked & returned items to their places. We recently tiled the kitchen & the outlets were now recessed but Alex's team fixed them in no time! We are very pleased & will contact them again.

Great. My request was to check the electricity to my sprinkler timer but they removed the old timer and installed a new one I bought at Home Depot. These guys were great. When in doubt, use an electrician; they get the job done. Now I am thinking of other jobs they can perform like replacing bathroom fans, installing ceiling fans, mounting flat screen TVs.

I woke up to water dripping on the floor. Wasn't sure if it was mechanical or electrical, but decided to use Angies'List for electrical. Alex Electric sent a crew that day! I have a large refrigerator in a small galley kitchen. in my "new to me" condo. The electricians were so helpful. They moved my stove so they could get behind refrigerator to replace outlet...then cleaned up construction debris behind the fridge AND the oven! Tipped them well...so grateful they came so quickly and got it fixed for a reasonable price.
