They arrived even earlier than they were supposed to arrive. They helped me get everything together and were extremely nice. They didn't bump any walls at all while taking furniture out. There was no damage done to the paint at all either. They took their time moving some really big pieces of furniture.

I thought they were priced a little high. For 1/8 of a truck it is a lot of money. They were very good: you can schedule online, they follow up, they set up an account for me immediately. I've used them before which is why I used them again. They were actually early for the scheduled time.

I made the appointment on line. They came right on time, in uniform, great communication skills and extremly efficient. Give an estimate before they start the job.

I went online and scheduled the pick-up and service. They came and hauled away the trash from my house remodeling. They came in with a truck that had a large container attached and they lifted all the trash and placed it in the truck. They then swept my garage to get all the loose debrie. They then gave me an extremely fair price for the amount of trash that was hauled away. Both the employee and agreed and what would be a fair price. They have a price chart that shows you the prices based on the volume of the container that is filled. They did arrive later than the original scheduled time, however the driver called me way in advance to agree on a new time and they worked quickly to make sure I didn't miss picking up my son at school. The reason for the delay was that the previous job they had done required more time than had originally been expected. I was very happy with the service and I will be using them again on future projects. After having compared all of the choices for the trash removal (rental of containers, dumpsters, bagsters) this was the most affordable and convenient option for us. It was quick and easy and there were no large containers/dumpsters filled with debri on my driveway to worry about. The only negative about using this service is that you don't know what the cost will be until they come out and load the truck with you disgarded material, but you do get a range of what the cost maybe and you are able to negotiate with them on the price at the time of service.

They came and looked at my junk. They told me how much place it was going to take on their truck. They gave me a price. They took everything and didn't make a mess. They were quick and painless. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I arranged for a pick up on line for the same day. They called me to confirm the time. Later in the day, they called again to say that they were tied up at a big job and asked if they could come the next morning. They also offered a discount for the inconvenience. That was fine with me. They called the next morning to confirm and arrived on time. They were very professional and took away all the items that I requested be removed from my garage. They did offer me the discount for not coming the previous day. They were very careful in the removal of the items. I would definately recommend them and use their services again.

I have used them thrice. They allow you to schedule appointments online. I think they call before they come out on the day of service. I think that on all the three occasions that I have used them, they have been quite prompt and on time. They come out in medium-sized truck. You don?t have to pay by weight; you have to pay by the truck volume that you occupy that they estimate when they look at the stuff that need hauling. Each trip cost me around $200-$300. To me, they have been very user-friendly. They are punctual. They come out in uniform. They are courteous and organized. They remembered me when they came out. They are also very quick. I normally keep the things ready for them and they appreciate it very much. The guys load the things and go away. You can pay by credit card. So, you can get rid off things you don?t need in no time at all. I will be using them again in a month or two.

They were good. Their quote was a bit more expensive than the other quote that I got.

We couldn't have been more pleased, and would definitely use their junk removal services again and will highly recommend their services to friends and family.

The service from this company was wonderful. They outlined exactly how the operated and how they charged. They arrived the same day as the request. They were able to work around the movers without difficulty and they were willing to remove items that were not originally part of the agreement.

They were punctual, courteous, and professional. Unfortunately, they could not remove all of the debris and their prices were somewhat higher than smaller companies.

They were here and gone within an hour and half of my call. They were very nice and did a good job. I will use them again if needed.

The workers were very professional, immediately estimated the price and set to work. For me, they were particularly adept at working in and with facilities and personnel in condominium and other high-rise buildings. The workers were on time, kept in touch by phone and were polite and courteous. I am using them again this week. They were wonderful!
