Description of Work: They applied a clear spray coating to the outside of our chimney. It has stopped the large wet spots that appeared after heavy rains. It is guaranteed for 10 years. | |Also, they cleaned our fireplace and chimney from the inside and the roof. Their camera technology helps them to see dirty areas. | |This is a very small company--just the long time owner and about 3 young employees. They are all EXCEEDING polite. Also, they are prompt and efficient. I believe they do not take credit cards but that isn't a problem for me.

Description of Work: cleaned out sediment from gutters that have leaf guards on them....leaf guards allow inches of sediment to build up in gutters until finally the downspouts just back up....masterful job which created a huge mess on screens and patio...technicians cleaned up every bit of black gunk and left everything perfect...pressure washed all painted areas of our brick home...again did very professional and thorough job!

Description of Work: Originally scheduled to perform a sweep of our chimney, the technician visually inspected the interior of the chimney and informed me that a sweep would not be necessary; only a thorough inspection. The technician then spent an hour inspecting every aspect of our chimney system, then provided me with a detailed report. He communicated his findings in very understandable terms, and provided me with information re: how current and potential issues could be resolved in the future. It was very clear that the technician enjoyed his work and took great pride in doing a good job.
