Aaron was on time, kept the area super clean and did a thorough inspection both with the camera and in the attic. He was great and I'd use Jay Walker Enterprises again.

They were on time, at the price they quoted and cleaned out a very clogged dryer vent quickly.

CAME OUT AT SCHEDULED TIME, PUT DOWN DROP CLOTHES SO NO SOOT WOULD GET ON FLOORS, CLEANED CHIMNEY FROM ROOF FIRST AND DID INSPECTION OF FLASHING AT CHIMNEY, FINISHED CLEANING INTERIOR OF FIREPLACE AND CLEANED UP COMPLETELY.

Totally, absolutely FANTASTIC! Now that the fireplace etc. is repaired, I will call them when the chimney needs cleaning. I wish all service companies were as truly great as Jay Walker Enterprises.

They were great. They were on time, clean, and professional.

Toughtto get scheduled, but the work was done well. Tried to schedule in October, first available was January. It was raining on my scheduled day, so I was rescheduled to March. They also held onto my half down payment since first making the appointment. Not preferrable, but unavoidable if I wanted the work done. Not inexpensive rates, but quality work. Tech Aaron was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Very professionally run business: thank you card, feedback card, fridge magnet.

They did an amazing job. My only complaint is that because it was in the fall (peak chimney sweep time), the soonest appointment I could get was about 2 months out. BUT they did put me on a cancellation list, and I got service within a couple weeks of my call. The guys who came out were polite, friendly and did a wonderful job. Absolutely no complaints, I will definitely use them again.

Courteous, prompt. Always do a good job. Started years ago in the 90's with Jay as a chimney sweep and he did a great job. Over the years and in different houses, they have cleaned gutters, dryer vents, roofs and so on. We trust them to do a good job. Jay also gave us an estimate to pressure wash and replace a gas fireplace.

The workers were very friendly. They left the area clean. They completed the work promptly. I would recommend them to a friend.

The service man was running about 15 minutes late for the appointment and the office called me to let me know he was going to be about 15 minutes late and in 15 minutes he was knocking on my door. He was professionally dressed, very clean and polite. He went to work and finished quickly. He did not leave a mess behind. I am very impressed with the overall experience. I have used Jay Walker in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

The person who performed the work was very professional and was very clean (no dust while clean the fireplace and sweeping the chimney) It seems a bit pricey but they work well. I don't have a good sense of how much are the competitors. my only real negative is that I had to wait 1 month between appointment time and actual time of service. I understand that it is the winter but that is when one person need the fireplace working and think about getting it cleaned/inspected...

Aaron was prompt. He called ahead to make sure we were home. He inspected the fireplace and cleaned out the soot and did not make a mess. Considering how messy the job is I was quite impressed. He then did an inspection of the chimney in the attic and on the roof. He took lots of pictures and showed me what problems were and what needed to be addressed. He was very professional. I was sent a copy of all the pictures and specifics on what needed to be fixed the next day. He told me that they could send me an estimate for repair of the chimney.

These people are excellent in every respect. I have used them in the past several times for building caps on our two chimneys, cleaning the chimneys, and removing a dead squirrel from one chimney. They are professional, punctual, reliable, and priced fairly. I highly recommend them.

Perfect. This company is oustanding in service. They made several trips to worksite, which was pretty isolated from the city. All measuring was accurate and done timely. We would HIGHLY recommend Jay Walker Enterprises. We have also used them for our home in Tallahassee and were extremely pleased.

During a March rainstorm, my chimney began leaking enough to require bailing. Jay Walker Ent. provided a thorough inspection. They provided digital photos of my chimney so that I could see the problems they discovered. The inspection fee was $150.00. The inspector was personable and very professional. He provided a detailed written estimate of suggested repairs. We set an appointment for the repairs. The 2-man crew arrived on time, completed the agreed upon repairs that day and cleaned up after themselves. Both men were polite, knowledgeable and professional. I was pleased with their work and would definitely call them again if the need arises.
