Contraté USAhi para remplazar mis ventanas para de impacto, el representante Francisco de Araujo, un brasileño, me presentó todas las opciones para que mi casa se quedara segura y bella, Francisco tuvo paciencia en explicar a mi familia, hicimos el financiamiento con YGRENE con facilidad para los pagos. El trabajo se tardó un poco por los traslados de la ciudad, pero USAhi se responsabilizó por todo. Muy contenta con la empresa. Hoy Francisco vino para la inspección final y se llevo una bolsa de mangos.

My salesman Gio Baruch is amazing. He answered all my questions and was very thorough with my â and came by after installation to check the work that was done.

Trajaran rápido, limpio e muy profesional. Recomendó a Francisco y a USAhi para su proyecto, mi techo quedó precioso. Estoy muy contenta, ahora voy hacer mis ventanas de impacto. Encontrei USAhi no Home Advisor, Moro no Brasil e entreguei todo o projeto nas maos de Francisco DeAraujo, que foi meu project manage da USA home improviment, visitei o showroom e o escritorio, conheci a engenheira Cristina e todos os que tocaram meu projeto, isso fez a diferença. Super profissionais desde o principio... Não conhecia o programa PACE e foi muito bem apresentado por USAhi. Recomendo sim USAhi, recomendo Francisco DeAraujo como project manager, Gil, Erica, Louis, Doron, Willian... oh my God, they was woonderful!!!!l

They lied in so many ways, stood me up, took over 6 months to get it right and now they are just ignoring me with an incomplete job even though they got their money

Please be aware that the company will take much longer to process the job, then complain the owner/tenant is at fault. The job did not pass initial inspection and the windows leaked. They were eventually repaired. Not without a lot of drama. I had a second job I was going to have them do but won't use their services again. The second job, a single bedroom (Same work, replace doors, windows and enclose the porch) was estimated at 25% more than the two-bedroom corner unit which had more windows and a larger porch enclosure. The tenant, a 75-year-old woman, could not get the blinds put back in initially because the company erroneously told her that the windows needed to be â Inspected first.â (They did not)

The crew was neat and clean professional thorough friendly overall I was very impressed I love my new windows. I highly recommend this company to anyone customer service of the office was awesome also the whole experience from the estimate to the finish was a 10 plus.

USA Home Improvement installed my new aluminum roof. This company is A+++. I have already recommended them to several friends. They are extremely professional and kept me informed during the entire process. Elizabeth, our project manager, was always a phone call away. She was always available. The roof installers were phenomenal. They were extremely professional, quick and left everything clean at the end of the day. I canâ t say enough how wonderful the entire process was.

Mostly I have good things to say about USAHI. During the Pandemic, we were still able to get the work done, safely, and with everyone wearing masks. I had 6 windows, 2 exterior doors, 1 sliding glass door and one garage door- all done in two days. What took the longest was waiting for the inspection. USAHI thought that my city was closed but after some investigation on my part (and after a month after the work was actually done) they were not. And I was worried that my permit would expire, which costs money to reinstate, not that I would have paid, but you would think they wouldn't want to pay it either. All was done within, 7 months, during the Pandemic, and now I feel safer with all new stuff.

Project took too long two windows were forgotten on initial contract Workmen installed two window in wrong spot,did not read blueprint properly. Installation took too long. Finishing guy did a very nice job. It was nice working with supervisors Ricky and Erica.

RUN!!! Do not use USA Home Improvement, HORRIBLE customer service, no one knows what is going on, NO communication between their staff and NEVER take accountability for their mistakes or errors. A project that started in January is STILL NOT complete. With hurricane season here, my home is NOT safe and we can t seem to get an answer as to when it will get fixed. After reading all the reviews here, it seems like it is normal for this company to behave this way. I wish I would have read these reviews before signing a contract.

Did not hire. Cost too expensive.

We could not be more please with the selection and on-time installation of 4 new impact-glass sliders for our Hollywood townhouse. The quality of both the product, the office staff, and the installation crew far exceeded our expectations. UDSHI arranged for the city inspection. But the best thing of all was their very competitive cost estimate for a top quality product. Strong recommended.

Great company and staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Window installation and quality were great. Would highly recommend.

they took to long to install the windows and to answer any question, also what they do is totally different from what the salesman tells you
