They were a little delayed but it was no issue. They performed the required maintenance and then checked the rest of the system. All was found to be in working order. I was completely satisfied with their performance

Technician arrived 2 hours after the scheduled time. After asking for a description of the work to be performed he started a different scope of work than that paid for. After explaining what was purchased (up to 8 air vents cleaned, he was only going to clean 1), he had me call the office where no one answered. He then went on to say this was a way to get a foot in the door and proceeded to inquire if I needed my AC unit upgrade to a high efficiency unit. No work was done and when I was finally contacted by Quality Air for a refund I had to agree not to write a any bad review or I wouldn't get the refund. To date no work done and no money returned.

he checked an put some gas into it. He was not carefull or bring equipment to do his job, we have to provide ladder and help him with his gas cpontainer. He was not very handy,

Everything went terrible from the beginning. Never let a sales rep fast talk you into a contract. Always get at least 2 bids for any job, I did not and paid the price. This company offered me a top brand AC unit but when the time came it changed with some story and gave me another name brand. I also did not have the $7,000. for the new unit and sales rep gave me an option for a county program called YGreen. This program is not all Roses, it has a lot of rules and regulations plus a lot of interest that you pay through your property taxes. When the sales rep was selling me this program it was great, until I called YGreen and got the whole story. This was after I signed the contract. By the time I am done paying YGreen the unit will cost double. I would never recommend them because of the lies and shady actions. Although, I blame myself. I should have known better. UPDATE: Quality air came back and worked with me, and correctly the problem, and did great service. I would recommend them.

Perfect, guy was on time, explained himself well, and best of all they did not charge one extra penny.

Very well. Roy was very professional and friendly. He explained all the services I needed and performed the job very effectively. I am very happy.

I have hired this company twice now and both times the service was impeccible. The first service was performed by Sean (#7542343872) at our Miami Property and the second service was performed by Danny at our Coral Springs property on 5/6/17.

The work got done, but the costs were higher than I was initially led to believe. Part of the issue was that I made the initial service call, but my wife was present when the service was done.

Quality Air Techs are very knowledgeable as well as punctual. very professional from their technicians to their management. They followed up with me after to ensure the Ac is working properly. i highly recommend quality air of america if you ever need help with ac problems.

The professionalism of the technician was outstanding. He was well knowledgeable of the problem. He discussed solutions and how the company could help to resolved them.

Very well...they had to be called, but once the appointment was done, everything went very well. We had asked that they call our tenant to schedule directly but they ignored those instructions.

He claimed I needed additional work. The air quality does not seem to be any better and the AC is not working any better/worse. Total ripoff.

This review is an update of a previous review which included a complaint about the responsiveness of their help desk. After I reached their troubleshooting department, the response was excellent. They returned and installed the NEST thermostat that was due me for a complete system install. They also installed a pad and leveled the outside unit as requested. My initial impression was poor due to repeated calls and no action but once the problem solving team became involved, the response was great. I labeled them an F previously but now consider them a solid B.

It was good. They spoke English. They were on time. The pricing was good because we've had other people come in and they charged more. So I think the pricing was really good. They were clean and they didn't make a mess. They were on time. They called and said they were gonna be here in 20 minutes and they were on time.

When they arrived they informed me the service I paid for was not included and I had to pay additional money for the work I actually wanted done.

The salesman tried to convince me I needed a larger unit than I currently have which I'm told would have caused significant humidity in the house & the unit to freeze up, thereby needing service calls. Additionally, he tried to charge me a much higher price than originally quoted when I decided not to purchase a larger unit.

Good. They discovered mold, and were able to treat it at the same time.

Person came on time, however first thing he did was trying to say my A/C was old and I needed to change it . Not even opening the unit. It was clear the intuition of the visit was to sell a new A/C. When I say I was not going to change it, he decided he was not going even to open the unit, so did not do it. Then we start doing the vacuum in the ducts of the A/C. I guess it was well performed. Then I needed to remind him to clean the dryer out duct. He did, he moved some things in my garage to perform the work, but then he did not organized back again. I had to do it afterwards.

Good job done, got some good advise on my dryer duct and A/C duct condition
