Quality Air came out on a moment's notice and repaired the unit quickly and efficiently. Also inspected and tuned up my other unit.

I had to have them come out because they did some maintenance because it wasn't sufficient. The first time they were out the guy kind of breezed through the maintenance. The second time around the next guy did a good job and explained to me as far as what was going on and what I could be having problems with in the future. The first time in about a week, I was having problems again.It's a long-term problem that I have had yet address, but maintenance should have helped alleviate it. My wife was here, and she was so quick when the maintenance was over. For whatever reason, it just was a lot quicker and I think some things may have been neglected or just not done fairly. The next time around the guy did a real, good job. It was a different person; I asked for a different person. He did a really good job as far as following up and explaining to me. I can't even remember the price. It was a special price apart of maintenance I think it could have been less than a hundred, I'm not sure.

I called them and told them my fan in my air conditioner was not turning off. When they came they told me that all of my freon was gone and I had to have freon. They charged 490 for the freon and 495 to do repairs plus a disposal fee. I believe they overcharged me. A couple of days after they left the fan still wasn't turning off there was a couple of inches of water inside my AC unit when I opened the unit I noticed the water was spilling into my laundry room, bedroom, and closet. I emptied the water out and turned the unit completely off. I had to call another company to come out and finish what they didn't fix. Turns out the thermostat was broken but the other company never checked that. The reason I had water leaking from my AC was because the opening was to big.

Paid money for a service that they never performed. They tried to upsell us to other services that were unnecessary. Ended up using a different company for initial requested service and the price was half as much. Never got our money back.

On time, working quickly and everything was done right the first time.

He said they had it in Miramar and he'd bring the new one back in 11/2 hours. He returned with it and said it would run $1400 including installation and one pound of Freon. I got him to give me a 15% discount as I had the feeling it was too much. He installed the capacitor and I paid for it. It included a one year parts/ labor warranty. I was ripped off as I went online and found that at the high end I should only have paid $600, maybe $650...Beware and do not use him!!

The entire number of inspections (21, I believe) took three minutes and they cleaned absolutely nothing. Instead they presented me a proposal to do that work for $1,435. Therefore, it turns out that I paid to Angie's List $30 in order for that company to send me a salesman, not a technician. That is NOT what it was supposed to be. It was deceiving.

Looks good so far! Time will tell! I'm sure everything that needed to be done was done! Daniel the duct tech seemed competent in the art of duct cleaning as well as air conditioning!

Within 10 minutes of arriving the technician was recommending an additional $45 charge. This coupon is a bait and switch. Technician did nothing but walk around and look at vents,

They told me I needed a whole bunch of things.

I was to get a 24 point Ac Inspection service, if I were not following him around as he was doing the one point check that should have been 21 point check my advice is to anyone that calls this company be very careful and don't be taken by this very unprofessional company. he was one and a half hours late, after arriving he sat in the truck in front yard talking on his cell phone for about fifteen minutes.

The quality was good. ?The price I thought was a little excessive. ?But they did their job. Their price on a particular item was excessive, like a 400% markup.

had to reschedule as they were over 4 hours late. then came 2 hours late the second time. Most importantly, the tech did not check compressor and nor the overflow line - which ended up clogging one week later. would never recommend. waste of time and money

Not well. Technician on time but. We had just painted, etc. and home still had the ladders, etc. We didn't clean up the equipment. Technician said the ducts were more dirty than usual and because we were not done ( despite me telling him several times the work was done), said I needed "extensive " cleaning. He didn't look at the A/C . Technician was rude to me and he left without telling me. I thought he was going to his truck for something. No call from the company to me to explain what happened. A waste of my time and energy.

They came back out today and they were apologetic and they corrected the issues. They were very polite and professional.

They are very good. They are much cleaner, and they did the work. The company has to come back twice to service. They seem reliable and trustworthy.

Did few of the numerous system checks listed on the Angie's list agreement showing what I was buying. Only cleaned 1 of 8 air duct returns. But attempted to up sell me on costly services. I did pay $125 for a 5 minute condensate tube blowout (this I did earlier just as well for free). Attempted to charge me $25 more for the wet vac condensate clean out (again I do myself for free) which initially was part of the $125 service. Very disappointed with the value for the $125 add on service. Total time spent was approximately 30 minutes and a lot of that time was selling me a Healthy Home Duo system for $1250. And I see I can by the healthy home Duo 2000 system ( which is an upgrade to the system been sold here) on Amazon for $290.

The ad is misleading -it stated cleaning of up to 8 vents when actually only 1 vent was connected to suction equipment.That was it! No actual cleaning/sanitizing was performed.I asked for the price of cleaning of all of my vents and was told someone will contact me which never happened.Waste of time/money.

It was supposed to last for 1 full hour, but didn't, which is ok. But they introduced another pricing option, which was way higher than expected and absolutely not affordable.

Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable. He examined the whole unit, explained the issue and came out the next day (Sunday) to do the work because there were a couple of things that he did not have on him. He replaced the Return (the fiber glass was damaged), cleaned out the motor wheel (which was dirty), added a float switch, cleaned the drain line, and pressure washed the evaporation coil. Very happy with the work.

The technician came with out any tools to diagnose the problem and then told me that it was the compressor. It had to be replaced and it would cost $ 1750. I told him thank you, and called a company called RCI-AIR. They sent someone this morning, found the problem with a clog drain. Cleaned it and vacuumed the overflow pan. The air is running perfect. Don't hire this company. I WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN.
