Description of Work: Got a brand new A/C put in in 2016...my 27 year old system worked way better before it broke down. The installatiin was terrible. Had to wait 3 days and 3 technicians. The first technician just aaid he couldny do it and left. After install, the system could never cool to the thermostat temperature. Complained to the sales guy Shawn and he tried to sell me new ducts. 1 year later the system shut down. Call for repair and it goes to voicemail, which, of course, is full. This system, which is supposed to he more efficient had cost me hundreds more than my 27 year old system in terms of electricity. Not happy at all.

They have great customer service over the phone as well as when it comes to dealing with the technicians. Two gentlemen came to clean our ducts. They were in and out in 2 hours. + -1 moreOne day my A/C starting blowing out hot air and i called them up explained to them the problem they came out to see whats the issue with my A/C and they were so up front told me it needed some fluids and to clean my A/C Filter and other parts they were very quick to get this done and now my house is cool again.

I called them and the same day they came out did the whole service and beat the prices I got from other places definitely my A/C guys from now on very honest people that got the job done for me and I could feel a difference in my house.
Description of Work: They came to my house to do a normal maintenance and they came to clean my air duct system, I explained to them I've been coughing and every time I put on my air condition it seems to get dusty in the house they were very helpful and knowledgeable explaining to me on tips to keep my air clean such as changing my filter myself they didn't over charge me and replace my filter for free after cleaning out my air ducts really made a huge difference in my breathing daily in the house couldn't be happier.

+ 1 moreThey cleaned out my AC unit and they cleaned my air ducts. My electric bill was very high, and it was mainly because my AC unit was very dirty. The 2 technicians that provided the service did an excellent job. Also my air ducts are very clean now. I didn't have them cleaned in a long time. After they finished the cleaning I noticed a huge difference in the air quality, also my 3 year old son is not sneezing as much anymore after they finished their job. I am extremely happy that i called them. I would definitely use them again.
