Quality Air was fantastic! I hadn’t had our ducts cleaned in years and we wanted it done by a trustworthy firm. Based on the reviews as well as their reputation, Quality Air is good company and made me feel confident to work with them. The person I spoke with over the phone was very warm, informative and helpful. They informed me the estimated time they would arrive and the team arrive right on time. They explained their work and went along cleaning the ducts. I would highly recommend them because of the good job they delivered.

Just completed my ac repair service and Quality Air and Chris the technician, were very timely, responsive, professional and easy to work with. I really like the repair service because Chris only fixed what needed to be fixed and he didn’t raise additional problem or dubious need for additional repair. The service went very smoothly and he also cleaned his area when he was done! It was truly a great service!

Quality Air technician and his helper were wonderful. They arrived on time and took photos inside my ducts to show how dirty it was. They worked diligently and cleaned my ducts. Once they were done cleaning, they took more photos just to show how clean the ducts were. I really appreciate all the efforts they did. Actually, they didn’t have to show proof because the huge amount dust and lint I’ve seen was more than enough proof of their service.

You’re reading this right. This company is not out to screw out their customers like most ac companies would do. They are honest, great when communicating to clients and will only do what was expected of them. I didn’t have to face annoying upsells or bad customer service when they came to fix my AC. This company is the bomb! The technicians were on time, friendly and very professional. They know their stuff! I learned a lot of things just listening from them as they explained their work as well as answered my questions.In terms of results, they were able to gather a bagful of dust and dirt coming from our ducts. Quality Air’s representative came on time and was extremely polite. He did a great job on our dryer vent system that was soaked with water and full to brim with lint. It wasn’t the usual dryer vent cleaning job because of excessive amounts of lint accumulated inside and it took him almost an hour to complete his job. However, even though it was that complicated, he didn’t charge an exorbitant price. It was the same quote as I have received from the start

They are great guys, I was serviced by wonderful professionals who gave me affordable services, efficient and very professional work. They came and laid down tarps before they started cleaning the ducts. They were also quick with their service and explained everything before they started. After their work, they cleaned up and went on to their next appointment. They didn’t upsell anything that I don’t need. I will call again and recommend them!

These guys were courteous, neat and professional. They provided a great job cleaning out my dryer vent and thus it now works as good as new. At $100, the price for the service was very cheap! Furthermore, they were fast for it took them less than 30 minutes to complete the clean-up. They were very conscientious as well.
