I had an issue with my air conditioning unit because it keeps on freezing up. I left these guys a message and after 5 minutes, they called me back. I asked to see if they can make it that day and it was cool for them to say YES! Technician fixed the issue. I was afraid it was a huge problem but the only thing he did was replace the Freon. And just like that, the freezing problem was fixed. Great job!

I only had one experience with this company and it was tremendous. My ac’s thermostat broke and the technician came to fix it and explained to me what went wrong. When I called them I never imagined that they would be able to come out on the same day and help me!I am very happy because I no longer have to suffer! I highly recommend them! 5 stars!

It is easy for us to find the time to be critical and complain but it is hard to take the time to say, ?Good job?! ?which is why I am writing this review because I believe the service I received from them (even though it was months ago) deserves a praise of, ?Good job?! It was nice to see a company going the extra mile just to help us. They were very busy that time but they still found enough time to fit us a new system. Also, they made sure we were taken care of properly. I am very impressed with their professional service.

One guy arrived on the designated time frame, talked me through everything he?d do and made sure I was clear about their service and fees. It was awesome considering this was my first time have a duct cleaning service. He also showed me the gunk, which accumulated inside the ducts ever since the house was built. Unfortunately, it took him longer to completely clean the ducts but it was understandable because of how dirty the ducts were. Overall, it was a very good service and he didn?t charge more than it should be.

We hired them because of a recommendation we got from a neighbor. It had been a long time since we checked our a/c so no wonder why it broke down and this was the purpose of our call. Repair guy was thorough of his work and explained along the way. He identified the problem as well as minor concerns that we can work on our own. He took care of our unit without charging a lot. I highly recommend the service. It was a great work!

I called Quality Air for duct cleaning. My ducts were overflowing with dust and they sucked and took them all out! They also checked if there are any problems with my ducts and made sure there were no leaks anywhere. They were great, prompt and very clear about the work they did as well as the cost. We haven’t used any similar service in the past and I am glad they were the ones that came. They also advised me how often I should have my air ducts clean. Very polite and friendly company on phone and in person. I would surely recommend them.

The service was great and they made sure it was working. I also got useful tips on maintaining as well as operating my ac system. I called them because I?ve heard solid claims about their good work and customer service. They showed up like they were supposed to and did a good job in cleaning our ducts. They were good talkers and it was easy to follow their explanations as they went through the process. They were even concerned about making a mess, which others wouldn?t even bother considering. We had a great experience with Quality Air of America before. They cleaned our duct in just about 2 hours and the house smells great after they cleaned the ducts and disinfected it. I thought that it was a great value for the service we received. Personally, I was surprised at what they removed from our ducts and I was shocked as I saw them remove not just dust and dirt but also the dried remains of a small mouse. I am very impressed with the thoroughness of their work.

Last year, I had them insulate our home and they did a very professional job in installing insulation into our walls. They were clean both in appearances and in their work. Plus, the service was friendly and the price was right. Because of the new insulation, the last winter didn’t feel too cold. The house stayed warm all winter long.

We needed emergency work done on our household air conditioning unit and we were very satisfied when the technician came as fast as he could. He was very efficient, personable and wonderful as he worked on our air conditioning unit ? diagnosing the problem and fixing it right away. We will use this company but we do hope not right away.

Apparently, they finished their previous job early and were able to come to our aid much earlier than expected they were nice and did a thorough inspection and noticed that our thermostat was the one at fault. They identified why it was broken because they have done this many times. They were very knowledgeable about my system, fixed it and were thorough in making sure it is running at optimum efficiency. They were also personable and answered my questions. If our unit ever needs another service, I would definitely welcome them back.

Everyone with ac systems should have to keep Quality Air of America’s contact info on hand for the sudden ac issues. They are by far the best ac service I have ever dealt with and being able to have someone like them to fix my ac issues is fabulous. In fact, just recently they replaced a broken thermostat. It was a very fast and simple repair.

The system was just right for us and it was installed after they mapped our home. It was a wonderful service. The installer was prompt and polite. He also went out his way to instruct me on how to maintain the system.
