Best customer service from any AC contractor I have received in a while – starting from the receptionist who sent this gentleman in our house after an hour. He had the problem fixed in half an hour and charged a minimal rate as compared to previous AC companies I had in the past. I plan on using them for any future AC repair. I called these guys on the hottest day of 2015 and they had a technician at my house an hour after lunch at the same day. I can’t remember the exact problem but it was related to my thermostat. It was fixed and the ac was back on track in less than an hour. Not only was the technician wonderful but also the person on the phone was great as well. I have recommended them to my friends and they have been pleased with their experience as well.

Our utility bills were so high and temperature inside the house was unequal. They removed the old insulation material and sprayed new ones underneath our walls, floor and on the attic. They also crawled into the crawl space to entirely insulate the area. The difference from before and after they came was remarkable. In fact, we noticed the changes temperature distribution right away and this solved our problem!

I contacted their office and they had a sales representative at my house that afternoon. After reviewing their prices, I decided to replace my old and dead ac. The job began 2 days later and it was on time. The installers arrived on time, in clearly marked worked clothes and worked the entire day. They were able to remove lots and lots of lint inside our dryer vent and restored it to what it should have been. Moreover, they fixed a few damages and made the dryer vent work properly again! I hired their technicians to do a complete repair of my 7 year old Trane air conditioner. They handled everything from the diagnosis to the purchase of the necessary parts for the broken ones, cleaning and adding freon. It was a costly service but it was better than buying a new one. Furthermore, their repairs work and my old AC was working great!

I was quoted a Carrier Tempstar, but they installed a International Comfort Products Day and Night a/c unit. Same manufacturer (Carrier), hopefully quality is the same. Unit works very well now when new. Sloppy installation will fix siding myself.

Job went well, but they came late (almost one hour after the initial appointment) and also they damaged the entry to my attic that i have to fixed on my own costt. My advice to them is next time be more careful when doing a job in order not cause any damage on the property being served.

They installers even made an extra effort in installing the AC. At first they were unable to mount the unit on the wall because the space was not enough. Thus, they were forced to chip the space wide open until they were able to mount the new AC. I will strongly recommend these guys! Thank you!

It only took them one day to diagnose my ac and fix the problem. The repair was done without any problem. On a side note: the technician was very knowledgeable. He was able to determine that the problem was a broken fuse – no need for me to fret because it can be fixed easily. I ended up paying for a replacement part but it was all worth it.

I called over the weekend to see if I could get an appointment and I received a call back early Monday and a schedule on the same day. It was above par service! The technician was knowledgeable and fixed my ac. He did more than that. He also added Freon… adjusted the thermostat for the ac to work better and thoroughly checked the ac. It was a totally complete service, which turned out really well.
